+ -1 moreErich's estimate for the repairs was higher than another estimate I received but the work he did was excellent and I believe worth the additional cost. Erich was very professional and very responsive.
Description of Work: Repaired rotted portions of exterior door frames and window sills. Removed old caulking and recaulked doors and windows. Painted door frames and windows sills in same color. Ground out brick mortar and repaired brick window sill. Repaired hole in soffit vent.

+ 2 moreThe process was long, time consuming, as we expected for a job this size, they arrived on time, did the work in a professional manner. They did their best to minimize dust exposure in the rest of the house, and cleaned up daily.
Description of Work: They completely renovated our master bath, extensive plumbing alterations were required, renovated our kitchen, including new appliance, cabinets, center island, exhaust hood, renovated the butler's pantry, put 2 windows in the living room, and rebuilt a portion of the living room fireplace. Studs were installed in the unfinished portion of the basement, and a 50 ft French drain installed outside along the driveway. This was a major renovation, and we were extremely pleased with the outcome.
