Did not go well at all. Raji - consultant came in and looked at what I needed to be done in tv room, living room and 2 bedrooms and a hallway. I specifically asked him if he could match the 2 bedrooms and hall to match the hardwood floor in my living room that I would just like to get shined up (no carpet on this floor) and he said yes he could do that and this is the ONLY reason why I went with this company as I had others from Angie to come out. He came back to get 1/d deposit to start the project of 1,600 and another 1,600 when completed. I gave him cash and he wrote on a piece of paper (very unprofessional). Inconsiderate and very unprofessional crew came out - let lights on, unplugged dryer and didn't even plug it back in so when I went to use, I panicked, didn't know I had to look behind my dryer to plug in- they should've, my inside rug where you step in to wipe your feet was thrown outside and never put back. I noticed the first time that the floor still looked ashy/ unfinished and dripping from my hallway to my living room were left on my floor and the 2 bedroom floors didn't nearly even match the living room floor like Raji - consultant said he could do. I called Raji to come look at the work and he agreed that the floors looked unfinished, and the 2 bedrooms didn't even come close to matching the living room floor. Raji said that he had some other type of product that could be used to get the floor like the living room floor. 2nd crew came out to do and the floors still looked unpolished and ashy, so I called Raji and asked him to come and see for himself(visibly). Raji sends out Brandon and Brandon checked the work; we talked in length about my expectations and this project taking longer than I expected. Brandon looked and took pictures as well as I did but some didn't come out to good because of the lighting but it was enough for him to see the ashy spots coming into my door, along the base boards in the living room and called Raji to see if he could come out and look as I have asked Raji too but he refused. We talked about the headboard that was broken when moved so Raji agreed to replace it and told Brandon to look up some while there at my home. We went out side where they moved the headboard too and took pictures found out it was from Ashley Furniture and Brandon took the sticker off of it to find one close to the one, I had. Raji agreed to move a rug out of one of the bedrooms and a few doors that I had someone else to remove, Raji said soon as he could free up a truck those items, he can remove - headboard and the 3 doors. I have tried to work with this company as I am tired, very disappointed in their performance with leaving things like they found them, not producing what I asked Raji to do which he said he could. The company sent me, and email today and basically said they are done with me. I told them I will not make a final payment until someone comes to my home to do a walk through to see what Brandon and I saw and make this right and honor what they told me they were going to do. I don't see this as being unreasonable after what I have been through with this company's over and over unprofessional. It's too competitive out here and I didn't have to choose them could've and should've gone with another company but after our initial consultation, thought this company was the right one for the job...TOTALLY WRONG AND VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Raji was very pleasant and easy and to work with. He explained the whole process and included moving all furniture and returning it when finished. The team did a great job cleaning up after the project was finished. His team worked really hard and were very thorough. The quality of the work was excellent. The value of the project was excellent.

The floors turned out awesome. Raji and his crew was professional and great to work with. Their price was very reasonable. If you are looking for an honest company that does great work look no further.

Raji got me out of a bind. He dropped everything and came to look at the job on a Holiday and got to work the next business day. He rearranged his teams schedule to help me out. I'm very grateful for this company and will use them again.

Faith Floors completed our project in under 2 weeks from the time we reached out the first time. If you want floors done well and fast, this is the business to work with! They were also very kind and communicative throughout.

I was under a time constraint. Raji was able to get the crew there and complete the job within the same week in one day. The job included 1600 sq. ft both upstairs and 1st floor.

The team was excellent. In addition to refinishing floors they also replaced carpet inside of closets. Did a very nice job. Pricing is fair. They are very timely with meeting, creating a proposal, and completing the work. I highly recommend them.

Flooring was done by Raji & team last year for me. We really liked how it was completed and on time.

The floor installation done by this company was awesome, I am in second year and the floor looks solid. there is no creak or crack sound and other sounds when we talk on wood floor. I would recommend the work.

They are not dependable and every time I call they are on the way.

Part of the work was done to our satisfaction and expectation for 16k. We made it very clear we wanted to squeaks fixed and they agreed. One was fixed and is fine. Now we have 10 other areas that never squeaks before that do now. They have refused to fix these. They damaged several cabinets and tried to repair them but it is like putting a bandaid over the damage. One remains unfixed. We have stain on trim work. The risers were awful looking with staples and nail marks from the carpet being pulled up. They left stains on our sidewalk and curb that wonâ t come out and the new floors are not holding up to dogs as they said they would. I found 1 worker to be very good and the other to be awful. I wish I recalled the good one. Itâ s a shame as I like to owner and this is not a personal review but one on the work.

Gorgeous floors resulted from dedicated hard workers and care in quality craftsmanship. I would trust and hire them again anytime.

HIred Faith FLooring to install 1850 square feet of flooring. Faith Flooring also painted the baseboards along with a few rooms. The overall quality of work was okay. But sadly it was everything else that went south to include having to change locks on. my home after giving them a key which was never returned. Hiring HVAC company after a air duct was broken when a hammer went through the vent, oil stains on my driveway (7) from oil or fluid that leaked from a vehicle, cigarette butts on my lawn, spray paint on side of home after one of the workers brought their son to the job, which I did not have an issue as any parent has been without childcare a time or two..But playing with spray paint and getting on the side of my home I did have issues with. Cutting wood inside the home ruining and I mean ruining handbags and clothing that was in master closet. Using a desk as a workbench covering with paint and other debris, not hooking up any of the toilets, sinks or other appliances, leaving furniture and household items in the garage for me to have to hire a separate company to bring back into home, breaking the handle off freezer door, making home unlivable for almost a month when the agreement was one floor at a time, Paying for demo but then also having to pay for dumpster for them to use as well as leaving some demo material still in home when they left. Putting AC on 65 degrees with windows open and air duct broken, causing condensation in basement, leaving trash and garbage on side of my home and so much more. Hiring them to install baseboards and paying for caulk but nothing getting caulked.. Leaving gaps between flooring and doorways and the list goes on. We did post videos of the end result on VImeo under the user homevideos2023 to show transparency that our review is honest and truthful without any exaggeration. In fairness FF did offer to return and clean and return items but the totality of all the damage was our primary concern. Moving the items back to our home and cleaning was the least of the issues we were left with. Response Jan 8, 2023 FF response is a complete lie. I am unable to attach any documents showing communication with Faith Flooring. FF refused to provide the style and brand of hardwood leaving no option but to remove all the flooring put down as I was unable to have another company match the hardwood. In fact his response can not be supported by any evidence except his own narrative. Every statement I have made is supported through security camera footage, videos, image and text and email communication attempting to resolve amicably. I paid for the work and contracts I requested and agreed too. When the work was complete I received a new contract dated Sept 11, 2023 for almost $10K for work never discussed. There were two contracts signed and paid over $30K shown via bank records. Mr. Chitkara did not provide IRS Form 8300 nor did he report $30K cash payment to his business. When the work was finished Mr. Chitkara provided me with a third contract dated Sept 11, 2023 after his crew painted my entire first floor 1000 square feet. There were no other crews in my home as security cameras show.. FF was notified on August 26 about the AC and broken air duct. The only areas in home covered was the floors leaving every area exposed to debris. Everything is outlined in full on faithfloors.net -- images, texts and videos showing no effort was ever made to correct or resolve amicably between ourselves nor was anyone else working in home. This site does not allow uploads but it is reasonable to conclude a customer would not take legal action much less create an individual website faithfloors.net if the allegations were untrue. My interest in a quote from this company was met with an almost immediate text message followed by a phone call from Raji. He was asking me when I would like a quote done. WOW! That was very quick. I became a little apprehensive as to the quick reply but allowed Raji to visit at 8AM next morning for the quote. He was prompt and courteous, listened to my questions, and gave me an oral quote soon followed by a written quote. I visited his store front shop in Newport and was reassured that he is legit. Work began on time by an (10 year) experienced employee. The employee, Dillon, sanded the 60 year old wood floors and within just a few hours was able to lay out several wood stains from which my wife and I could choose by visually seeing them on the freshly sanded wood. This was very helpful in deciding on the right tint/color that we wanted. By end of first day, our living room was sanded, stained, and ready for the next days application of sealer. Two coats of sealer were applied on day two. Day three was another coat and buff. Each day was begun with a vacuuming of dust and ended with attention to perfection. We are really impressed with Faith Floors; work, promises, and excellence. We HIGHLY recommend them for your wood floor sanding needs.
