CUT OUT AN EXTRA 'STEP' WHEN I ASKED THEM TO DO SO. NOT DOING SO WOULD HAVE LEFT US VERY UNHAPPY. STAGGERED THE BOARDS APPROPRIATELY FOR NEARLY THE WHOLE DECK, BUT NOT AT THE LAST FEW FEET. IT WAS EASIER FOR THEM NOT TO STAGGER, AND IT TOOK LESS LUMBER, BUT IT DOES NOT LOOK AS GOOD AND IT DOESN'T MATCH THE MAIN PART OF THE DECK.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW DECK APPROX. 19 BY 17, ACCORDING TO OUR DESIGN. 6 X 6 SUPPORT POSTS SET ON CONCRETE; 6 X 8 BEAMS, 2 X 8 HEADERS. PRESSURE TREATED LUMBER.

NO MATTER WHAT, NEVER USE THEM, EVER.
Description of Work: DID NOT COMPLETE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SEEMED HONEST AND WE PICKED HIM OVER OTHERS THAT WE INTERVIEWED. SENT OUT AN INCOMPETENT CREW AND WOULD NOT COME OUT TO THE SITE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. AFTER A WEEK, CAME OUT AND TOLD US THAT HE WISHED THAT HE COULD TELL US SOME OTHER CO. BUILT IT. PROMISED TO FINISH IT AND FIX IT AND NEVER HAS. WE ARE NOW ATTEMPTING COURT PROCEEDINGS.
