Very responsive, they came right out within 45 minutes, determined that two different locks could be keyed to the same key and took care of it. Also fixed a problem with the lock latch while he was here.

The owner of Combined Lock (whose name I don't know) arrived right on time and did the work quickly and professionally.

I am very pleased with Combined Locks service today. I called on Thursday and Bob was able to come out the next day. Bob is an extremely nice guy and worked quickly and efficiently. I had a deadbolt put on an inside door and he replaced part of the front door lock so it would stop sticking. I would definitely hire again and would recommend to others.

This is one terrific company. Owner Bob Boss took the call and did the work, and despite the fact that he has been doing this for decades, he has the energy, care, and customer-service focus of someone who just started his or her own business yesterday. He took care of the problem expeditiously, was not only on time but actually a little early, and the price was great. I strongly recommend this company and I know that my spouse's medical practice is similarly pleased with their work. They're that great!

Very pleased with this company. The price was pretty average, based on what I?ve been paying. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Bob called the day prior to confirm our AM appointment and get directions. I appreciated that he was doing that the day before. He arrived a little early, got right to work and did a great job. One of the locks was very old but he knew I wanted them all to be keyed alike so he tried and was able to do it. He was polite and personable. I felt certain that he is very trustworthy and that is priceless. I would be happy to hire them again. They are a family business and service the entire Greater Cinti / NKY area which is great.

As they had been with their previous visit to our home, Bob and his assistant were completely thorough, professional, and friendly. Although the task was a very simple repair, they were still happy to make a nearly half-hour drive to my home to do the job. Bob provided excellent service at a very reasonable cost. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He will by my future key man for everything. BTW - even with a serious snowstorm, he promptly came through at my convenience!

I had to postpone the original appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating and allowed me to reschedule with little advance notice. Bob was efficient, polite and finished under estimated cost.

They were busy the day I needed my locks/keys done and I was told they would try their best to have them done but that I would have everything the next morning at the latest. They were done by end of day and I was happy to see that they are reliable and quick.

George showed up on time and went right to work. He was very professional, had the right tools, and knew what he was doing. It would have taken me all afternoon to do the job, but he completed the entire job in about an hour. I was very pleased with Combined Lock's and George's service and professionalism. George even advised us on how to keep the locks and deadbolts working properly over the years, and even lubricated a squeaky set of front door hinges without charge.

Bob of Combined Lock was recommended to me over 12 years ago (pre-'Angie's List') to change our locks when we first moved into our home. We recently had many workmen in and out of the house and wanted to make sure the house was secure. It was such a pleasure working with Bob then, and so good to have him back. We would never consider having anyone but Combined Lock to take care of our needs. Aside from doing excellent work at a very fair price, it's a pleasure to have such a nice gentleman in our home. So I am giving Combined Lock a double "A+", for his work in 1998 and his recent visit.

Called about 9 am on Monday. A nice person in the office took my information and said she wasn't sure if they would be able to do the job that day, but that someone would call me back. Bob returned my call within the hour and came out that morning.He installed the dead bolt we had tried and failed to install ourselves and made sure everything was working correctly. Very friendly, efficient service.

He was really nice. My husband and I bought a house and we called two days before we wanted to move in and he came out and he sort of tweaked his schedule to accommodate ours. He was so nice and very helpful.

From the customer service on the phone to our interactions with Bob, we were extremely pleased and felt that we had made the best choice possible by choosing this business.
