I could not be happier with Peak. The ductwork in my house was a complete mess, and the furnace and AC unit were the wrong size. Peak came up with a solution that utilized my existing equipment and added a second furnace and AC for the 2nd and 3rd floors. They also had to mostly replace all of the ducts in the basement that supplied air to the 1st floor. This has made a dramatic difference in how comfortable my home is. Before, the 2nd and 3rd floors were almost unusable on warm days. The crew showed up on time and stayed the entire day. They kept me informed of their progress and walked me through the house at the end of each day to show me what they had done. I would recommend Peak to anyone whether they need a repair, or to replace an entire system.

I have been super impressed with Peak! They have taken great care of our oil furnace and they are incredibly responsive! They definitely know what they are doing and I can recommend them with no hesitation! It's so hard to find a good HVAC person and I am so happy to have found them.

It went great! They were fast and there was no troubles, very clean!

From the moment we called Peak, we were super impressed. We called on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend because our had stopped working that morning...and we were expecting the hottest weekend of the year so far. The company who installed the unit originally said the earliest they could even come look at it was Tuesday, and they were incredibly rude about the whole thing...even though we've been customers for 2.5 years. So we started looking for someone else and luckily found Peak. Not only did the wonderful, kind, friendly office manager express total empathy and concern, she sent someone out and had it fixed in less than two hours from the time we called! And he was terrific too...very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. As it turns out, the original company had made a dangerous mistake in their install that could have caused an even more serious problem than just the AC going out. Peak did a great job of identifying and fixing it, at a very fair price. We were so impressed that we signed up for Peak's semi-annual maintenance program. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

cleaned the furnace and made sure vents were cleaned. We are on a yearly clean up. They call and let us know when we are due for a cleaning.

Peak Heating and Air turned a bad situation into a good one very quickly. In a condo that I am renting, the water heater went bad. It ended up that not only the water heater had problems, but so did the air conditioner. I called my usual contractor for repair and was told that I needed to replace the water heater, the furnace and the air conditioner at a cost of about $8000.00. I called Peak for a second opinion. They were very honest about what needed to be replaced and what could be repair and significantly lowered the cost for me. They were very receptive to the situation that I was in and understood what I was looking for. I am so glad that I went for the second opinion and and will now look to them first whenever I have a heating or cooling need.

They have been doing twice a year check-ups on my systems since they had to fix my system and they are nothing but professional and timely. They know historic buildings better than any company I have come across and their prices are very competitive with other companies. Peak is a great company ran by wonderful people. i wouldn't think of using anyone else.

My experience with them went very well. My only issue was that I had to intervene to have a couple changes made so the system would go in better. I had them turn it 180 degrees. The estimator did not allow enough time for the job but the workers did very well and worked a couple of close to 12 hour days.

They are very regular and the heat pump they installed is working fine.

Chuck was great. He came to my house after seven on a Tuesday night because it was the only time I could meet him. He did the measuring that was necessary and told me he would return the next day at 11:00 am to show me the options and give me the estimates. Chuck did return the next day with all of the options. Chuck was able to give me my options with out being pushy or "sales-ie" which I really appreciated. Chuck is very professional but at the same time very personable and not intimidating. Chucks employees returned two days later to put in the furnace. They were also great and were able to get the work done in an efficient manner and best of all cleaned up their mess afterwards!

It was a very good experience, he was very clean, he was very professional, they made sure that everything was perfect before they left. The price was expensive but fair.
