It was fine.

The employee was extremely unprofessional. When finished I examined the cleaning and noticed that many of the windows had bugs, cobwebs, and dirt in the main sill. I pointed this out to the employee and he took a dry rag and brushed all of this on my floor while I was standing there watching him! I asked him if he needed to get a bucket of water and he said no. He then told me I got a discount price. After I questioned him again he stormed out of our house never leaving a receipt and yelled "good luck with another window service!" We called the owner Ken to make him aware and requested a discount and Ken said "no". We will never use them again and beware since the customer service we experienced was awful and unprofessional!

I got a prompt estimate and was informed how long it would be before the service could be performed. I then received a call to schedule the window washing within that time frame. The person showed up on time. He was polite, thorough and did a great job. The best window cleaning service I have ever used.

Our area is new and hard to locate, but he called and I directed him here, no problem. Nice, quiet, and polite. Shoes come off at the front door, no mess was made.

The window cleaner did an excellent job. We found no dirt, smudges or streaks on any of the windows. Window sashes and sills were cleaned as well as the area of the sill between the window and screen. This took one person about 2-1/2 hours. He arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and worked quickly and quietly and responded politely to questions. We would definitely use Braco again.
