They were a no show. I have since called several times to follow-up/reschedule. They have not even bothered to return any of my phone calls. If this is their level of support I guess I am glad they didn't show up. I would not recommend even calling them.
Description of Work: They were scheduled to rekey 6 locks on a new house of ours.

EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO CALL HIM BECAUSE HE WAS LATE BY AN HOUR, HE WAS QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFECTIVE FOR WHAT HE DID. ONLY TOOK ABOUT 45-50 MINUTES TO COMPLETE AND REKEY 5 LOCKS. MAKING 2 KEYS EACH. CHARGED $158 FOR ALL LOCKS/KEYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.
Description of Work: AFTER LOCKING MYSELF OUT OF A CLIENTS (PET OWNER) HOUSE ON FRIDAY 10/28. HAD TO CONSULT CLIENT AND AGREE TO GET ALL LOCKS CHANGED. THEY'VE RECENTLY MOVED HERE. AFTER CALLING SEVERAL LOCKSMITHS, THE AFFORDABLE LOCK SERVICE GAVE ME A QUOTE AND A TIME, SATURDAY 10/29.
