Buddy was very articulate from start to finish. Did what he said he would do and touched base w/me throughout the process.
Description of Work: Fogged and painted Shockwave to kill mold. Removed unsalvageable items.

Started the day after the inspection and was prompt each day. We chose him over another company not only because he was cheaper but eliminated certain work which we felt initially wasn't needed. Pleasant as an experience as possible when letting go of this much money.
Description of Work: Removal of mold from kitchen ceiling near rear window. Removal of warped board near upstairs deck door which caused the mold. Replaced warped board in such a fashion to eradicate future problems. Ran fogger thru HVAC & basement to clear any potential mold.

Very well, Belly came for the estimate when scheduled. He honored the Angie's list. Big deal coupon Buddy arrived on time both days, was very polite and worked hard to more everything and put it back on top of the actual mold remediation work.
Description of Work: Buddy removed the mold by first scraping the mold off the walls, which required moving a lot of thing in my basement, which he did with no complaints. He ran 3 air filters to capture air borne mold for 2 days. He fogged the basement both days & he painted the walls with mold resistant paint.
