+ -1 moreIt did not go well . 1 month after he installed the new software - Microsoft kept prompting me to punch in the 16 digit security code - I didn't have a code - he never gave me one - nor did he give me the disc and other booklets that come with new software. When I called him about it he told me that the security code was his social security number and I would need to bring it in and he would take care of it (a 16 digit social security number???????) We set up an appointment - he did not show, I called again and we set up another appointment - again he didn't show, one more time- and again no show. I had to bring my computer to a "Real" computer shop and they informed me that I had pirated software on my computer.
Description of Work: He advertised "Free Virus Removal - but mine was too extensive so he had to totally erase the computer and all the programs, and put on new windows software - cost me @ $100.00
