Description of Work: Josh repaired our fan on our heat pump, got the pump cleaned out, then found a board had burned out, so he replaced that! Very professional, on time, and even called back to see how things were working! No service company does that anymore!

Inspected my ac for anything that could cause trouble for us later. Very nice professional young man. Didn't try to up sale. Butterfield Hvac is now the first I'll call and worth waiting for to do the job

Description of Work: We have used Josh Butterfield for our HVAC needs several times over the last two and a half years. In 2010, we had air conditioning problems and another HVAC contractor that we had been using told us that we needed to have our air conditioning compressor replaced at a cost of about $2,700. On a recommendation from a family member, we called Butterfield HVAC and Josh was able to repair the problem for a total cost of about $80. We used him for Spring and Fall maintenance on our system and are even using him now to replace an older HVAC exhaust stack on our roof. Good value and quality work each time.
