Description of Work: The Computer Guy people were very smart, professional, and extremely service-oriented. My computer had crashed and it took some doing to figure out what happened to it and how to fix it. They gave me hope, they performed several operations, they backed things up for my safety, and they solved my problem. If they had charged me by the hour (because of some extra things I requested), it could have been expensive, but they stuck to their affordable estimate, which really pleased me. While I was there, their store was extremely busy with people coming in with both computer and smart phone repair requirements, and everyone seemed to be happy with their service. For me, they went above and beyond. Computer repair is often beyond stressful, and I would highly recommend the people at The Computer Guy.

+ -1 moreSeemed to know nothing to do with a laptop that wouldn't display.. Just said copy the files from the drive and replace the computer. The certificates of completed education on the wall were almost all general electrical education or automotive electrical.

+ -1 moreI don't really understand everything that he did, all I know is when I took it in, it was not working. When I took it back home, it worked GREAT! The best part of all, he did whatever he did in less than 2 hours!!! He fixed it while I had dinner.
