The tech was on time and friendly. Performed the work in a reasonable amount of time.

Overall, they did a very good job for a very good price, and I actually signed a maintenance contract with the company because it did so well. The only issue is that I feel as though they could have been a bit more thorough when applying the treatments.

Great service, timely and efficient. Jeremy (technician) was on time and very informative. Took the time to explain what he was doing and other ways to help prevent pests. Had to call them back for a free follow up for ants. No questions asked, did so free of charge and said he would return if they showed up again - but no return of ants to date. Highly recommend.

Of the businesses that I requested quotes from, they were the only ones that responded, so I was unable to compare prices. They responded promptly |and finished the job in just a few hours. I was more than satisfied with their work, and happy to pay the price for a good job.

When we make the appointment they always come. The price is perfect and they are always fabulous when they come. They were 40% less then everybody else. What I like the from them is that they make an appointment they just don't show up announced.

Excellent, I left quality out because I will wait to see the results of the spray. However, there was no hassle for additional products unrequested, flat fee no hidden costs. Service person arrived on time performed the task and was on her way without any issues, courteous, timely, and professional. Price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but that may just be me not adjusting with inflation, I don't know, looking around it does seem to be the going rate.

My wife and I have noticed several cracks in the walls and loud cracking sounds in the 13 year old house. We called and explained our problem to the receptionest. She made an appointment for us. The day of the appointment two men arrived on time and listened to our concern and looked at the damage. They crawled under the house and did a very lengthy inspedction of the home. They gave us a plan and an estimate of the cost while they were still there. There was no pressure by them to get the job done. We called them latter and requested that the work would be performed by them. A date was set and they told me the crew would be at our home between 9:30 and 10 am. They arrived at 9:30 prepared to work. The crew explained what they would be doing and how the process would be. The crew notified us that they would go to lunch and returned 10 minutes before they said they would return. Shortly after lunch two more men arrived and on thr job. At 3 pm, the crew said they were ready to level the jacks. With the extra two men, the crew was ahead of schedule. One man is in the house with a level and another is under the house adjusting the jacks. This is the time the homeowner should leave. As the jacks are adjusted, the house will creak and crack. The process sounds very bad. Some of the cracks that had been in the walls closed up and the sweaks in the floor went away. The job was completed around 5:30 and we ask to pay. The supervisor said that they would return in two weeks to readjust and check all the jacks. He said if everthing is good then we could pay. From the time that we first called to get an estimate and the crew started the work was only one week. SERVALL, a company I would recommend with out hesitation to anyone, they are reliable, punctual, honest and they work is very well done.

They will work with you and are very nice. Also, they ask if I have any problems and make sure all of my concerns are met. They are reliable, which is very important, because service is non-existent around here.

We have been very pleased with them and have never had any problems. They call before coming out to see if it is convenient and leave your report before leaving and then the bill is sent in the mail. They are always polite, prompt and courteous.

Cost was much low do to the previous owner having a contract with the service. Annual follow up is $75.00. Did a fine job, no problems.
