Murray Window & Door

Ordered door June 28th 2022 and paid 80% down, ($800.00) with balance due ($ 250.00) upon job completion. Door installed Sept 8th, 10 weeks wait, not great, but the door was damaged. I told workers that it was unacceptable. He made a picture and called their office. Informed me they would order another door. Now Sept 24 (17 days) and no word about the door, however I received a bill for the remaining balance. My greatest problem with them is they installed a damaged door without informing me. 25

This a wonderful company. We wanted to buy locally and are so glad we did! The owners, management and installers were professional, prompt & provided excellent Knowledgeable information about their products. They showed up on time, the installation was completed quickly, (nine old windows removed and new windows installed in about five hours. The owners/ managers came to our house during the installation process to make sure everything was going ok. The installers cleaned everything up and hauled the old windows away. We are extremely happy with our windows and the entire process. We would highly recommend this company!

Ordered special model Exterior storm door. Door was received and installed 2 weeks after order was initially placed. No leftover mess to clean up after. About a week later I purchased some vinyl siding, which was installed 2 days later. Again no cleanup was necessary after installation was completed.

I would give them an excellent rating because they've done really well. They did a nice job. They came out 2 weeks ago and I spent about $300 to fix about 6 windows. It was quite reasonable. The balusters were about 2 years old and they were peach tree windows. They did a nice job, they were professional, we had to wait because the weather and that was beyond his control, but he's quite personable and did a nice job for quite a reasonable cost.
