Mc Gee Pest Control

We have used them for years. We've got a regular contract with them. They are fine. They are courteous and if ever we have something unusual like ants come up, they take care of that pretty quickly. Otherwise, we don't have any pest or termite problems and that's the reason we got the service. That's the kind of service wherein if you do not have any problems, you're happy. We don't see them much other than when they come to do some spraying and they are courteous when they come.

Overall, we were pleased. We called to get an estimate and the person who answered the phone stated that the technicians were all out of the office, but one would call back soon. Within a few minutes, we received a call back. He was very eager to come out to address our issues today. (I was thrilled; my wife was a bit concerned that the house was a bit untidy, but wanted those blasted ants gone!!) I was a little hesitant as I did want to check with my wife. I called him back and asked about various options - one-time, quarterly, and monthly. He shared the prices and I decided to go with monthly for now. About an hour later (as he said it would be) he arrived. He walked around and through the property to get a sense of how things were laid out. Then he went about his business. He said he'd use a chemical which is technically for termites, but works excellently with ants. After finishing, he came inside and gave us the invoice. I was confused as he was charging the one-time price. I thought there was some miss-communication so I tried to clarify we wanted to do monthly. Then he shared that the one-time was also the initial time charge. I really did not mind, I just had not understood that. So my only suggestion would be for this to be a bit more clear for future customers. Time will tell whether or not the application did decrease the ant issue ... he said to give it about 3 days. I'm sure if all is well, we will continue to use them, and will ensure things are more clear in the future.

They have been wonderful. When we bought the house it had a yearly termite contract, so we just kept it up. We had to call them in twice because we did have swarms and they took care of it immediately with no extra charge because we have the insurance on it. They come once a year and inspect and that keeps the house totally protected against termites. We pay a yearly charge of $77. It is worth it. If we have any termite problem, they come and fix it immediately. Once in the garage they had to dig up a piece of the garage floor to put the bug killer in the ground and they fixed it. We are very very happy with their service. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They are trustworthy. There are no problems with them. If you have a problem, they will take care of it.

I am satisfied with their services. When they come, they show up.
