+ -1 moreI'm a bit stumped as to how to rate these folks. My interaction was with two college kids that were doing the an ok job considering the horrible situation they found themselves in. They tried to hide it at first but I came to find out that they had not heard from and could not reach the owner of the company for over 10 days. When I learned this I asked if they should call the police to help them find the man. After 2 plus weeks we did get our computer back and repaired. I just hope the man is ok. I'm putting below that I would not like to share my review because of the odd circumstances. I hope the man is ok and his life and company is back to normal.
Description of Work: My daughter got the FBI virus on her computer and it locked it down right before finals.

+ -1 moreSince this appears to be a one man shop I was not expecting to be given priority due to not being from Murray. He had my computer up and running again within 3 days total. Very personable and nice man.
Description of Work: Full diagnostic, reboot, due to virus attack.. He also added and ed me on use of a couple of new security programs.
