Took 2 weeks an 789 dollars one my horn which was working fine when I took it in now has a short or a bad connection to something causing it to go off erratically.

I was able to set up my appointment online which was very convenient for me, and I quickly received a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived I was presented with a cute little computer to fill out a little more information, and then I sat in the comfortable lounge area while they worked on Katie. They finished sooner than I expected them to, and I was then presented with a complete listing of everything else they checked which showed what was in great shape and what would need attention in the near future, and the list was thoroughly explained to me with prices for the work if I had them do it. Everyone was very sweet, and Katie was smiling when I drove her away from there.

They fixed it under the quote given me by a dealership and they did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly.

en brake lineI was visiting Murray Ky from Texas. I had a brake line break on my truck, i called Harlan Automotive to get an estimate and that evening i dropped off the truck at his shop. He had my truck fixed before noon and the price of the repair was less than the estimate he had giving me. I was completely satisfied and on my way back to Texas

I wasn't really happy about them. They were pushing parts basically.So I wouldn't recommend them. I used them 2 years ago and it seemed like they were just pushing parts. I asked them to fix one thing and they give me a list of a bunch of other things.

The experience has always been good. Every time I went over there, it was good service, and I have never had a problem. He is honest, and he will tell you the truth about what's wrong. He won't do work that is not needed.

They are pretty good friends of ours, they do very good work. We have had a positive experience with him, but we feel like his price is high. The quality of service is pretty good, and I have never had to complain there. My only dislike is the price. The guy doing the oil change hadn't done an oil change before, and he charged us $15 more because it took him longer, and I feel we shouldn't have been charged more because he was competent. It was a minimal fee, and I understand but that was my only complaint.

We have had all our vehicles maintained by Harlan Automotive for the last several years. This because they can be trusted to do a professional job, by certified mechanics, at a reasonable price. From engine rebuilds on our motorhome, to mechanical repairs to our Mercedes and Minivan as well as regular scheduled preventative maintenance. They do it all, from the exotic to the routine. The owner Mike will listen to you and find the problem and fix it to your satisfaction.

I take all my vehicles to Harlan Automotive. They always get me in and out in a timely manner and get the problem fixed the first time. It's nice to have a reliable mechanical with a wide range of services!! The office staff is very professional. I took them a dirty work truck and they still put disposable floor mats down and plastic on my seat when the test drove it! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have entrusted Harlan automotive with 3 vehicles over a period of 15 years. This visit was concluded with a report of work done and inspection results. I can count on good, necessary services being done for a fair price. If anything out of the ordinary is recommended, I get a price quote and sometimes use another vendor if it seems extreme. The other vendor is usually the brand dealership who sometimes is necessary for warranty work. The prices at Harlan have increased with the price of oil and labor, which is understandable. I'll be glad to recommend Harlan Automotive for any automotive service.

We picked up our car on a Friday and noticed that the brake pedal went all the way to the floorboard. Harlan is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so we returned our car on Monday to have the brake lines bled. We were told for four days that Harlan just could not free up two people needed to bleed our brakes. Harlan claims they called us on Thursday of that same week to tell us our car was ready to be picked up and I later found out that they did but my cell phone carrier was the reason I did not get the voice mail Harlan left for us. Regardless, Harlan intentionally chose to work on other people's cars for four days when they had not properly repaired mine the previous week. We had to do without our car for four days waiting for a simple, maybe an hour long brake bleed which should have been done when servicing our brakes. We never should have been allowed to pick up our car on Friday knowing the brakes had not been bled which everyone knows is a necessary last step of any brake service. I liked all the people I met at Harlan Automotive, but I was not treated fairly. I can not recommend them after my experience. The other jobs they did were done well, but they dropped the ball on fixing my brakes.

Took a vehicle in for an inspection. Owner stopped what he was doing and inspected vehicle. When I asked what I owed, he said $0.00....How often does that happen?
