+ -1 moreI recently bought a house, we arrived on 30th of December to setup a punch list of the items that needed to be addressed. Found out the hot water heater did not work, appeared to be a direct short. Called around mid day on Monday, now this is just before New Years. They told me that they could schedule me for Tuesday. Got a call first thing Tuesday morning that they were on there way. During there troubleshooting, they needed to drain the tank, but since I just bought the house, I did not have a hose. They left found a hose, came back to finish. I had hot water by 11 in the morning. From the lady that took my initial call, to the technicians that arrived and fixed the problem, to the owner who gave me a followup call, everyone was very friendly, professional, and answered any questions.
