Within a week the pilot light would not stay lit, I called them to come light it, I paid them $25.00 to have them come light it and show me how to light it. It went out within a week, so I re-lit it; it went out again and so they came out and just replaced the logs and light and now there is this popping noise so I called them again and they said they were coming to look at it again. They did not show up for the appointment or call to cancel.
