Ramon was very professional, thorough and respectful of my home. He asks questions to ensure exactly what is to be done. If the work is to be continued he fully communicates what he has to do and what he will work on next. However he does not listen when you are trying to explain things to him. There is not of a language barrier and I've had to go back over some of his work.

My recliner was repaired quickly because Ramon evaluated the damage, obtained the necessary parts, and took took the time to do it right. I would be glad to see him again, if I ever need a job done right.
