He met me at the apartment building on Friday and explained to the tenants what he needed from them, the hazards of the chemical used, and advised them on what they could do to help in the future. He let them know that they should cover unused pet food and totally remove food bowls before he treated it. He gave them complete details on what he needed as far as cleaning out cabinets and moving stuff away from the walls, etc., so that he could get in and out without taking too much of the tenants time. He was very punctual and gave an estimate after walking through on Friday and then returned on Saturday and completed the job. He was very reasonable on pricing and set up follow up appointments for all apartments Overall, I was totally pleased with all aspects of this company!

Company is very professional and thorough. This is the second time we used Pestco. The other was for mice. I was so upset because of these things coming up so close together. I was treated well and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.
