+ -1 moreThey had to reschedule because of weather but that's understandable. We had told them it was not an emergency. They showed up on time and as scheduled. The work was perfect and the materials were better than I expected.

+ -1 moreThey put in new PEX water line to our house . Was fairly big job . backhoe dug trench thru yard . Several guys working on yard as well as new water service connection inside house . Prompt services ,Overall excellent .. Their quote was less than my other bid & After accepting written bid , they came next day or so. We particularly greatly appreciated them hand digging a short segment so as not to damage concrete at driveway ( the other bigger plumber comp bid proposed tear out & repair that section of driveway)..Which saved cost & time they Also helped redo our sump discharge line into the new service line trough, at minimal added cost.. very accommodating &fair
Description of Work: 1.. Outside water service line to house replacement - A+ Excellent job , Prompt at very fair price . (Older duplex Desha rd near chevy chase ) Excellent job . WATER LINE REPLACEMENT j. A++ highly recommended for this exterior work Prompt . Worked well with us ; attentive to outside yard & driveway concerns. 2. Subsequent interior work at Hartland home A-/B+ ..Good quality job but higher than expected cost. ( 2 BATHROOM faucet replacements , Added 2 shut off valves to supply lines for each each ; then Shower valve repair /cartridge replaced) Did good quality job but took all afternoon since just one guy (no helper to run to truck & help )

+ 0 moreMr. Mullen's and his son diagnosed the problem and had to return with additional equipment on another day since their service is located a good one hour from our townhome site. They did a very professional job on the job and the repaired floor looks good. Mrs. Mullen's phoned about 5 days after service to ensure that the repairs were successful and I was satisfied with the job they did.
Description of Work: Retrieved the leader line that had broken off from an auger in a sewer line. Had to jackhammer floor in order to release the jammed leader and cutter.

+ -1 moreThey have done other repairs for us in the last few years. They show up, do the job. They are friendly and take time to explain what is going on and make recommendations. They won't recommend the most expensive repairs if they really aren't necessary. They are very honest.
Description of Work: I have some problems with drains stopping up. He cleaned it out in June but had to come back July 24th because it was stopped up again. There was no charge. These people really back up their work and as in the case it wasn't good enough they make it right.. I would definately recommend them. I found them through a contractor who redid the shower. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: He came out on a Saturday to fix a problem. Instead of charging 8 hours overtime, since he felt he should have caught it before he just charged us a few hours at regular rate.
