+ -1 moreThey told me that they would have it in within 2 weeks and that they would install it 2 weeks after that. They came in and the flooring was there and they told me it would take six weeks to install it. So I had to threaten to cancel the order. They did do something then they gave me substandard people to do it.
Description of Work: I used Lowe's for flooring.

+ 1 moreWe bought a refrigerator, dish washer, range, microwave, and a carpet from them. We had the dishwasher for a while and it quit working so they replaced it with another new one. Their customer service is fantastic; if anything goes wrong they are here to make it right for us. The microwave which they brought earlier had the wrong color on it so they brought another one and replaced it. They did not charge us for the replacement of the dishwasher and microwave. I liked that about them.
Description of Work: We bought appliances and a carpet from Lowe's.
