The first part of the process went wonderful, Chris was very helpful and knowledgable, BUT that is where the service ends. The loan people are rude. They do not know their jobs. They will take your money for appraisels and never order them. They will not return phone calls. When you do talk to a person, their excuse is always that someone else is out. They will NEVER take blame for the problem. They never know the answer to any question it is always "I will have to check into that" and you will never hear back from them.
Description of Work: Worst Customer Service of any company we have ever worked with. They have no problems taking your money, but will not do what has been promised. If they do what they say they will, it is VERY Poor Quality. Will make you wait monthes to close on property. It is pointless to be pre-approved for a loan, becuase they will still drag their feet and will not close on time.

Had to watch them like babies and stop them on many occasions. No it was not a great experience at all.
Description of Work: House has many problems and the builders are well aware of them but refuse and lie about things. Shame on them.
