+ -1 moreI called Carl Richardson at the beginning of the summer when my AC went out. He was at my house within the hour. After running some tests and trying some small repairs, he found what I was afraid of. My unit that was almost 20 years old puffed it's last bit of cool air. He called his supplier and quoted me a price which was incredibly lower than what 3 other local companies quoted me. I told him that we would save up the money over the summer and then call him when we were ready to replace the unit. When he came to replace the unit, he was on time, very friendly and professional. I felt completely comfortable to have him in and about my home doing repair work. He was also very knowledgeable on the subject and able to easily answer any questions I had. I will call him for any heating or ac questions or repairs I have and will recommend him to everyone I know.
Description of Work: Carl replaced both my inside and outside heating/ac units.

+ -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience. Much cheaper then what was expected. Very comfortable with him in the house. Will recommend him to anyone!!!!
Description of Work: A/C went out in a trailer with a small child and a pregnant women. He came on a Saturday Morning within an hour of the call. Within an hour of him being at the house the air was running colder then it had in monthes and he was very nice and respectful when he was at the house. He cleaned up his mess and was very nice. This gentleman will get ALL of our HVAC service calls in the future.
