Description of Work: System quit, I feared it was a leak in the refrigerant line. Technician quickly determined it was no leak, replaced the capacitor and system worked fine.

Description of Work: Repairs to heating system. During our first arctic blast, the motor went out on the blower unit inside the house. Incident occurred on a Sunday, he arrived late Sunday afternoon, frosting alternate heating source for me, and had to repair finished by Monday evening. very courteous, friendly, and professional.

Description of Work: The serviceman came out and checked out my furnace for a loud rattle. He made an adjustment and since the adjustment was so minor, he didn't charge me for the service call. I was very thankful.
