I just think they're first-rate. They're honest, everything is very specific. the contract is very detailed. They listen to their client and they have a special touch when it comes to remodeling and building. Often thought of as new home builders, they are also excellent at remodeling renovation.

Fantastic company to work with. Having previously gone through the construction of two houses, we knew many of the gotchas that can happen. Everything from the price creep to the disappearing contractor to the lousy subcontractor that can make the experience frustrating. Signature was a breath of fresh air due to Adam Gallagher's (owner) professionalism, organization, honesty, and excellent crew. The jobs were all finished on schedule and at the agreed upon price. The quality of the finished work has been excellent in all of our projects. Adam also was on site daily to check up on things with the bigger jobs and always kept us apprised of any issues or decisions that needed to be made. We love our basement and deck and would pick Signature again for any remodeling work we needed.

They did a good job. The cost was reasonable. They weer very professional as well. We were pleased with their services.

I have always had excellent results when dealing with them. He is good with taking care of things. If there is any problem, he will fix it. He has great quality of work. I can trust that any job he completes with be completed to my satisfaction.

They did great work!

Showed up on time and listened to what we wanted for the kitchen remodel. Very personable. We were not sure if we wanted to remove a wall so he made suggestions on how to use our existing layout. Our only concern was that we did not receive a quote timely. When we followed up, we found out that the quote had been created but not submitted to our correct email address. This was corrected and sent to us. Since we were still obtaining quotes from other contractors, we decided not to proceed with the work

I had an appointment with him for 9 a.m. He called the same morning and cancelled. I do wish he would've given me more notice. He said he had some things going on, but offered to set a crew out to measure and look at things. He did say he could come out the following Monday though. I told him I'd call him back and we'll see what we can work out.

I was interested in built in book shelves for my basement. Signature Contracting arranged for a carpenter to build the units to my specifications and Signature was responsible for staining the units. The units were expensive (they were made specifically for my house with lower level sections with doors so I expected this) but the quality is outstanding and they are exactly what I wanted. I needed storage for hard cover books and these shelves take care of this. There was a problem with staining the units (the stain had a rough texture when it dried) but Signature kept working on this until the problem was resolved. I am happy with the results and I am interested in some additional book shelve units in the future. If I do add additional units I will contact Signature Contracting to have them built. The owner of Signature Contracting is always responsive to any needs or issues that arise. That is extremely important to me.

Adam is very professional and very knowledgeable. He was hones and upfront about which services were necessary and which were not.

Their estimate was around $5400 or something like that. It was lower compared to another estimate that we got from another company. It was more in line with what we were looking to do. They were very courteous and polite. They were flexible and they came out and were excellent. They were not as responsive. I actually called them once for an estimate and left a message, and I didn't hear back from them. I called them a second time and I was able to get through to them. They came out and looked, and estimated the bid in a timely fashion. I tried to get back in touch with them and ask more questions about the bid via email that they had sent me in and never heard anything back. So that was a downfall there. They were well reviewed on Angie's list. They seemed very confident and courteous. They would be the kind of people that we would like to work with in the future. We were kind of running out of budget and I wanted a little more detail on a couple of things. At that time we wanted to go with a lower bid. We will consider using their services again in the future.

Adam Gallagher was responsive and attentive and tried his best to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The drywall and painting was done well and quickly and those subs were very good. The floor guy worked hard and overall did a good job, but we did need to have some "warranty" work done to fix a couple tiles and grout. Unfortunately he had to work hard with the cabinet install crew because I believe they were inexperienced and the language barrier made them difficult to deal with whenever Adam was not around to speak the language. They ruined a cabinet during the install and a new one had to be ordered which made the project last much longer than it should have and cost someone (not me) quite a few bucks. I had to point out some basic flaws with the initial install that I think would not have happened with a more experienced crew. The trim on the cabinets was complicated and the carpentry work was very well done, but some of the basic finishing work of filling the staple holes and applying stain was rushed and could have been done better. I've never had this much work contracted out so I don't have a large frame of reference. I'll say for the price it wasn't bad and he did show great interest in taking on the job even though it wasn't a big one.

It's an old house so there was shifting in the walls and plumbing not to code, so there was a bit more work involved to get things right.Adam Gallagher is the owner and contact person, and he has crews who specialize in various kinds of jobs. The issues with punctuality involved his crews running late and not reporting to Adam a couple of times, meaning he couldn't notify us. He left it to us to shop and purchase the flooring, shower kit, and plumbing fixtures but gave us accurate estimates in advance of what we should expect to pay, so we had a clear idea of the overall cost, not just the labor cost. Adam stuck with the original bid and talked the plumber down from the ledge, so to speak, a couple of times when the complications arose. We didn't shop other bids much, but Signature's cost seemed reasonable and we're glad we used them. They did the work more or less on schedule and cleaned up well afterward, and the little details look better than expected for an old house.

My experiences with this company are always good. The owner is great about following up, and he is very honest. Most importantly, the work turns out wonderfully.

Overall everything went quite well. I was very impressed with the time that Adam Gallagher spent with us explaining what would be done, giving us suggestions and listening to what we wanted helping us thru the whole process since this was our first remodel. He was on top of everything being done and if I had any questions he responded right away. If something didn't seem like it was being done quite the way we thought it was suppose to be, he made sure it was corrected. He was very easy to work with and we would definitely use him again. The estimate he gave us we felt was very reasonable.

They did an excellent job - there were delays due to Lowes, but Signature did they best they could with the issues that came up, and I'm happy with their services

I agreed to do some work with him, but I changed my mind. He was very personable, but he did not turn out to be very professional. He showed up on time the day he came.

Signature Contracting has been excellent to deal with. I have an estimate before work begins and their work has always been excellent and on budget. If additional items come up during the planned work they are good about trying to perform additional items that same day. If not possible, they will make arrangements to come back and complete the additional work as soon as possible. I understand that additional charges might be necessary but I have found this company to be reasonable about initial charges and any additional work that may come up. I never felt like this company was trying to take advantage of a situation or overcharge for their services. Mr. Gallagher has always been responsive when contacted and has been good about keeping me informed when his company is performing work. He and his employes have always been professional and polite when dealing with projects in my home. They also take care not to damage anything and are good about cleaning up after their work. I feel that if there are any problems he will make sure that the job is completed to my satisfaction. That is extremely important to me. My experiences with this company have been very good and I will definitely use them in the future. In fact, I am putting together a list of things I want these guys to do in the near future.

The completed their estimate as promised on schedule. I was very please with the subs Adam worked with. Adam is very easy to communicate with.
