Always professional, courteous and on target with a fair bid that remains same (no gouging or upsale). Very pleased with Pat and his company and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with pat and his men. they came to give me a est. for a new metal roof. I had one spot in my master bedroom that was leaking. I have traditional shingles and it would have been cheaper for them to patch it, however pat roofed my grandmothers home with metal roofing and I had to have it after seeing what a great job they did. When pat came to check my roof he actually found the spot it was leaking from within a few mins of being up there. It was a small whole where my vent thing was. and to be honest that would have fixed my roof from leaking and he didn't charge anything for it. But i went ahead and got the roof and it is awesome.

Description of Work: Called the contractor 3 times got no return call. Finally tried to call his residence, and the lady assured me he would return the call. Two weeks later I got a call. He apologized saying he was working so many hours that he didn't have time to call. He made an appointment to come and look at the house and give an estimate. I waited all day on the appointed time - he did not show nor did he call. Three days later he called and made another appointment, never offering a reason for not showing or calling about the other. My roof was leaking and I was having difficulty finding any roofer so I made the appointment. Again no show, no call. I renewed my hunt for a roofer. About one week later he called and again made an appointment for later the same day, again no show - no phone call. I gave up and got an out of town roofer who was prompt, reasonable and finished the jjob on time.

+ -1 moreThe workers showed up on time with all of their materials they needed. They were very professional and did their work in a timely manner with very few breaks. They were done with the job completely by the next day. The roof was finished the first day and the porch and gutters were done the next day. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: He replaced my old roof with a new metal roof. He also replaced some porch posts on my front porch and replaced some gutters.
