Overall great experience. Michael from Northern Kentucky Upholstery is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and extremely accommodating. He responded quickly to phone calls and emails, mailed leather samples to my house and brought over upholstery books. The chair was picked up from my house and delivered when finished. It was difficult to find an upholsterer in the area with documented experience working with leather. I chose Northern Kentucky Upholstery based on images of Michael's past projects for both furniture and boat upholstery. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The job was not as simple as slinging fabric over a chair and stapling and Michael's skill level can truly be seen in the detailed, decorative stitching of the leather seams. There is also added comfort in knowing what's in the chair. I appreciate the use of time-period/traditional materials rather than flame-retardant soaked foam. All-in-all, I highly recommend Northern Kentucky Upholstery and intend to use them again in the future.
