Franks General Service

Frank came right away. He had diagnosed the problem and repaired the blockage and leak. He repaired all the problems and cleaned up after he was done. He did this the day after Thanksgiving.

We contacted this company at least 10 times in a two week period and they never returned calls nor mesages I would not think them very reliable !

Everything went smoothly as always. Frank was prompt and efficient and the fan works wonderfully now.

He showed up to perform the work on time. He was nice. He scheduled the work to be done in four days. On the fourth day that he completed the job I left a check. I was at work each day he was there. When I got home and looked at the work I found one wall wasn't completed. In several places the paper stuck out and wasn't finished. There were other places that were not done or were porely done and I am going to have to complete and fix myself.

Mr. Thornton was extremely efficient and knowledgable in his work. He performed the job in minimal time and all was done very professionally.No problems with
