+ -1 moreVERY GOOD TECHNICIAN. FRANK WAS VERY COMPETENT, RESOURCEFUL AND HELPFUL. HE HAD LOTS TO DO AND LOTS TO GO OVER DURING A VERY BUSY TIME FOR ME (JUST MOVED IN) YET, HE MANAGED TO DO ALL THAT & MORE. GAVE ME REAL GOOD ADVICE, AND HELPED ME FIGURE CONFIGURATION FOR HOME THEATRE SET-UP. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, USE THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: INSTALLED DIRECT TV DISH, CABLES, HOOKED UP NEW PHONE LINES, 2 RECEIVERS, DVR, HELPED ME HOOK UP A NEW ''HOME THEATRE'', ETC.

+ -1 moreA LOCAL REP, FRANK MCGREW OF MT. GILEAD, OH, DID A SUPERB JOB HANDLING MY DIRECTV INSTALLATION. I HAD REQUESTED AN EXPERT WHO WOULD BE ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF AN OLD BRICK HOUSE IN A LANDMARK NEIGHBORHOOD. FRANK TOOK CARE TO SELECT THE BEST LOCATION AND MOUNTING METHOD FOR THE DISH AND WAS METICULOUS ABOUT THE CABLING, WHICH INVOLVED SOME DIFFICULT PASSAGES THROUGH FLOOR JOISTS AND A CRAWL SPACE. EVEN THOUGH THIS MAY HAVE HAVE BEEN TOUGHER THAN A ''STANDARD'' INSTALLATION, THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. A BLUE GRASS/DIRECTV QUALITY CONTROL TEAM CAME BY TO INSPECT THE WORK.
Description of Work: THIS WAS A FOUR-RECEIVER, ONE-DISH INSTALLATION OF THE DIRECTV SATELLITE SERVICE. THERE WAS NO CHARGE EXCEPT FOR $21.30 FOR HANDLING AND DELIVERY OF THE RECEIVERS AND SATELLITE DISH, AS THE STANDARD INSTALLATION WAS FREE AS PART OF THEIR PROMOTIONAL OFFER.

+ -1 morePRICE WAS FOR PROCESSING. HE THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO HAVE HARD TIME BECAUSE OF ALL THE TREES, BUT HE FOUND A SPACE BETWEEN THE TREES. HE SAID HE LEFT A MESSAGE AND SAID HE WOULD BE HERE BY 12:30 AND SHOWED AROUND 3:30 OR 4.
