 + -1 moreNever finished job. Roof still leaks, would not have him back! I feel they took advantage of a senior citizen! I see where Mr. Knapp says that you contacted him and he has completed the job. I beg to differ. The job was not EVER completed by anyone at the company! This has been the family home for almost 50 years and it is joy the first time the roof has been worked on. I do know how the process works and I do know when a Senior Citizen has been taken advantage of. I stand by my original review!!
Description of Work: My mother hired them to put on a new roof (non shingle). Estimate based on different material than used. Went entire winter without final coat & still not totally finished.

 + -1 moreI was very disgusted with what they have done. I still have leaks and they have not called me back; I have called them for the last two weeks and have not received a call back yet. I have never used them before but they said they were third generation roofers so I took them for their word, but their workmanship is very poor; so I paid for that. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Klapp Roofing Company to try to fix a couple of leaks on my roof and to repair one ridge.
