Description of Work: Pressure relief valve on hot water tank. He was very accommodating. But he comes over about once a year and cleans out my "clean-out" drain - is that what you call it? Super nice guy.

Description of Work: They fixed the leak in my old office. They replaced old underground plumbing system with a new high rise plumbing system.

Description of Work: Actually, I've had Price Plumbing do a number of projects for us. We live in an older home (about 70 years old) and refurbished our up stairs bathroom. The work was done very well and in a timely manner. As a result, when we built a small addition with a bathroom, we again used Price Plumbing. Because it's an old house with a difficult layout, the job was quite complex to say the least. Mr. Price did an extraordinary and professional job. He always called to inform us that he was coming, he always came when he said he would and he helped solve a number of troubling problems. We couldn't have been happier. Then recently, the drain in an upstairs bathroom started to leak into the downstairs bathroom's with water passing through the shower's light fixture. This had happened before a number of years ago and it turned into a nightmare. We called Steele Albritton Plumbing. They had me tear out the tiled shower ceiling and proceeded to send over different men day after day. Each day, things got worse and worse. Then, after already having given them many hundreds of dollars, they said I'd have to rip out the entire bathroom ceiling and wall. Out of disgust, frustration and money, I coated the drain pipes with silicone caulk, replace the shower ceiling and called it quits. This pathetic fix actually worked for quite awhile. Too my horror, the leak from upstairs eventually came back. Because of my terrible and costly experience with Steele Albritton on this same problem, I dreaded having the leak fixed but because of the great work done by Mr. Price on other projects, I called him. Mr. Price came very quickly and when he said he would. Mr. Price fixed the problem without days and days of mess and dirt. But, most of all, Mr Price fixed the problem without tearing out the downstairs shower ceiling in ONE morning at a very reasonable cost. Mr. Price is truly an honest thoughtful professional.

Description of Work: My wife discovered a leak around our water heater in the utility room. This was on a Saturday morning. I called Kent Price Plumbing, and his answering service said they would call me back in a few minutes, which he did. I discribed the problem, and he told me the time frame in which he would be able to come to our house, as he was at another job at the time. Kent himself showed up, within the time he had promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed my wife what the problem was, how he planned to fix it, and suggested that we may need a new water heater soon, but he felt that this fix would be the right one. He offered to come back the next day if the leak reappeared and put in a new water heater if necessary, and he would take half off the trip charge if he did have to return the next day. The work he did fixed the problem, and we did not have to have a new water heater intalled. I will call Kent Price again when I need a plumber.

Description of Work: Kent Price plumbing replaced all of the plumbing under the kitchen floor, all the way to the kitchen sink due to a huge leak, so they had to climb around in water to do their job. They added a new ventilation pipe off of the kitchen sink to the exterior of the house. They put a drain from the hot water heater to the exterior of the house, and they put the proper saftey valve on the hot water heater. We had them come out to a home we purchased after this home as well. They tried in vain to locate a septic tank on the property. They tried on more then one occasion and for hours at a time to discover that a septic tank did not exist on this property. I don't remember the cost but it was comparable or better than other estimates.
