J & L PLUMBING INC

Excellent experience with this company. We tried getting a hold of a different plumber 3 different times with no return call so when I was able to call J&L, talk to someone right away & schedule my service, I was ecstatic. The 2 guys that came were very polite, friendly and professional. They fixed our issue quickly & efficiently. It was a leak in our upstairs shower, so they did have to cut a hole in our ceiling to access the pipe & while they don't repair the hole, they took the drywall down neatly & were able to put it back up so it just requires a little bit of patching. I would definitely recommend them & will call them back the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I purchased the refrigerator, he delivered it and I was satisfied.

The employees were professional and courteous. They snaked the drain and now the water drains quickly.

It went very well. The workers were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. They never stopped ( wasted no time), and made sure they rechecked everything when they turned the water back on after they were done. It was the best experience I have had with a plumber in many years.

The guy came and checked everything out and figured out that the main drain that everything drains into before draining into the ground was clogged. Very nice guy. He crawled under the house for a while and "fixed it". I payed the man 80 box and he was on his way. 2 yes later I have to go under the house for something and see how he fixed it. He cut a hole into the PVC pipe and instead of properly sealing it back up, he just wraps duct tape around this hole twice as big as my fist.... Luckily the duct tape hasn't dried up and split and started leaking, so now I gotta call a different plumber to fix what this plumber didn't finish. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!

They were very professional, came on time, submitted detailed estimate. I just decided it was a luxury I wasn't willing to purchase.

i was happy with the estimate and called back and set up an appointment. the plumber never arrived and when i finally got hold of someone at the office they said he no longer works there. seems someone could have called me and let me know rather than me take off a half days work and them not show.

J&L called me back within an hour after trying to get others to call me back. They said they would be here after 2:00 p.m. and they showed up around 3. Was very pleased. They picked up a new one and had all of the necessary parts if needed on hand. The task was competed within an hour and a half, cleaned up and hauled away . I was very very pleased and will use them again.

It went fine. I have to work and they did as much as they could to work with my schedule. The first time they came out I only waited about an hour for them to arrive. I showed them where the leak was and they got to it. There was no messing around. They were very professional. Same thing the second time, they got in there and got out. And I haven't had any problems since.

I have used this company for all of my plumbing needs. I will never use anybody else. They are very punctual, very efficient and the Master Plumber is very very knowledgeable.

This is not the first time I've used J and L, I would highly recommend. Great communication, friendly, prompt and priced very reasonable.

It went very well. They drained the old water heater. Removed it and then replaced it. Hooked it all back up. Took about 1 hour.

My experience with them was okay. They did a great work and they charged me a reasonable price. I got the best response from them. They came in super fast. They came out and took care of the problem. They had some complications at the first time. They provided us with top service. They are friendly people. They are really great people to deal with. If you have problem they will be back.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an excellent plumber! We hired Jand L to plumb entire home, and their quality and professionalism is unbeatable. We would hire them again, if there were anything left to do!:)

J.R. was very polite and told me exactely when he was able to come. He called ahead to let me know the it would be in 45mins., a very thoughtful thing. He and his assitant did the job quickly and cleaned up everything. He also did several other small things which required going to a plumbing supply company. He did the requested things cheerfully and quickly. His price was very reasonable!! I will always call Jand L plumbing.

They do a good job, very nice people, and treat you with respect. You feel at ease and very comfortable with them. They stand behind their work.

These guys are great. They are very professional. They came in, got on with the job, they were prepared, there was no running back and forth to the truck,and they did a good job of cleaning up when they were through. The cost was reasonable. The one thing that was a little bit vexing is that they are so busy you might have to wait abit until they can get to you. What they will do is come by and do a temporary fix, just to get you by, and you might have to wait your turn for them to fix the problem. They stopped the leak I had, then two days later they fixed it properly. Even though I might have to wait a little, these are the only guys I'll call for my plumbing problems.

Their work went very well. They were wonderful. They knew what they were doing and were very experienced. Our overall experience with them has been good.

They were prompt and did a good job. They charged $75.00 for a total of 15 minutes of work, so I felt they were a little pricey. He was already in our area and didn't have to travel extra so I feel it should have been priced a little lower. He was a little late and didn't call to let me know. I would use him again if I had to.

I have used J and L in the past and couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

This is the 2nd time J.L. and Sherry (Jones) have come out to our house to help with this problem. The first time J.L. opened the clogged pipe from the house himself. This last time, however, he couldn't get to the pipe until we had the septic tank emptied.
