For Christmas, I purchased house cleaning services for my parents. We had the best experience ever with Carter’s Cleaning of WKY. They are a family-owned business taking great pride in the customer service and their work and it shows. The house was immaculate when they were finished. My mom was SOOOO pleased with the job they did - she said her house looks like a showroom after Carter’s was finished with the deep clean they did. The staff was friendly, professional and thorough. They showed up on time and finished within the 4 hour time frame to which we agreed. Their attention to detail was spot on and their prices are very reasonable. I priced out 4 different companies before I went with Carters. Not only was the price reasonable, Shane (one of the owners) was great to deal with during the whole process. I knew when I interviewed him on the phone that he was going to be good enough to please my mom. He allowed me to pay by credit card once the job was completed and he made the entire process easy and stress free for me and my parents. I highly recommend Carter’s Cleaning of WKY. They are a solid #10!

Weather was Wet and rain. Had to confine dogs to garage. Considering the fact i really needed cleaning and their first time here, went well. More work when weather settles down.

It turned into a little bigger project than they expected, but they hung in there and completed the job. I was very impressed and would definitely hire them again.

None of the corners were touched, not even vacuumed. There was one stain in the whole house. He didn't try to do anything extra to clean it. I could have done a better job with a rug doctor.

My husband was something of a collector and the basement resembled that of a hoarder. Shane and his crew worked very hard and in 2 days it was a completely different space. Much was donated locally, and everything is clean and livable.

The crew showed up on time. They called a few hours in advance to verify the timeline. When the crew of two arrived they went straight to work. Everything they touched came out flawless. The only negative I have to say is that they charge per hour and it took longer than what I feel it should have. But the work itself was perfect and the crew was extremely friendly!

Very good. They show up on time. Work very well, the pressure washing was really nice. They will tried to make you happy with what you want.

It’s great to call someone, tell them what you want done, walk in after completion and get what you expected the first time. This is a 1st class business. Thanks for doing it right and meeting every expectation.

Shane and Melissa are wonderful! They have great personalities, arrive on time, and they are very reasonable in prices. Shane is very capable and smart about doing "hands-on" work no matter what I needed. Melissa cleaned an entire display cabinet full of figurines and did an excellent job. This couple is top of the line, as far as I'm concerned, and I'm very picky about the kind of work people do for me. I was very happy with them, they've been here 3 times and I will hire them again in the future. The first time they came was in September, and they came back a couple more times over the next few months.

They did a phenomenal job. So well I had hire them permanently.
