I have had John building my computers for ten years. I'm so particular, I won't let anyone else touch it. While others end up throwing away computers or spending a fortune on fixes, his computer is a workhorse. I'm a writer who relies on it. So sending it from SC to KY to be fixed seemed to be the most intelligent decision, and I am totally happy with the computer AND the fact that he guarantees all of his work. I have never had a problem or conflict he couldn't quickly deal with. His prices are very competitive, and he's got to be the most honest computer repair person I've ever encountered.
Description of Work: Replaced hard drive that was under warranty, backed up files, reinstalled all software and shipped it to me cross country.
