Proposal letter was supplied by manager prior to installation; detailed all materials: metal roofing pieces, trim, lathing, screws, labor, tax, etc. Downpayment was made and work date arranged. Crew reported on time, all materials, equipment with them. Crew was polite, worked efficiently, and neatly. Work completed on second day as agreed, clean-up was thorough. Minimal remaining materials paid for, but not used, remained.
Description of Work: Company installed a grade #1, 40yr warranty metal roof on private home
