The 2 Prow Bros plumbers were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. They found the leak quickly and fixed it just as quickly. I had called Prow Bros at 8:00am and they were on their way a few minutes later. I’m very pleased and highly recommended them.

Took out old water tank, Made a round hole in outside wall to vent. Connected new water lines and connected gas.

I recently bought sophisticated whole house temperature controller and a new dish washer. Job 1. Well after looking at the controller it became known that my mundane installation skills would not allow me to correct the proper wires to their due to the somewhat unorthodox schematic. To the rescue came Prow Brothers. Even the installed noted that the Latest technology Emerson 4 into 1 controller was a lot more intricate then the simple controllers available. However, after a few minutes of reading the installation manual in went the device. Replacement of the controller has leveled out the temperature in all the rooms, which is a whole lot better than the old dial controller it replaced. Another good job by Prow Brothers Job 2. Installation of a new dish washer. Having experience with Prow Brothers we declined the installation cost at Lowes and had Prow Brothers install the dish washer. Sure enough they installed the device without a hitch and even provided the electric cord that did not come with the new dish washer. One would think an electric cord should accompany the new dish washer. Add one more good experience using Prow Brothers. As before I HIGLY RECOMMEND Prow Brothers.

HEATING DIVISION INSTALLED AN AUTO THERMOSTAT FOR US WHICH WAS TOO COMPLICATED FOR A LAYMAN TO INSTALL. PLUMBLING DIVISION INSTALLING A NEW DISHWASHER FOR US TODAY (1/3/2013). PRIOR TO THIS THEY HAVE DONE SOME PLUMBING REPAIR FOR US ALONG WITH INSTALLING A GAS FIREPLACE AND REPLACING A KITCHEN FAUCET. NO JOB IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AS FAR AS TIMELY RESPONSE, QUALITY OF SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS. IF MORE COMPANIES OPERATED WITH PROW BROTHERS' STANDARDS, PERHAPS THE ECONOMY WOULDN'T BE IN THE SHAPE THAT IT IS. WILL HIRE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!!

They altered their schedule to come over and immediately fix my leaking water pipe located behind the sheet rock wall. The pipe section was replaced in less than an hour. They were efficient, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

On the fireplace replacement the old unit was removed and then they installed the new gas unit, ran proper length piping, and set up the whole unit perfectly. Turns out the Heating - A/C unit is fine with nothing needed other then to trim back some foilage. The wife also had them install a new kitchen sink faucet located behind the garbage disposal something I wasn't looking forward to doing with my sore back. Just like before, they did an excellent job. Fast, efficient, making sure everything was perfect before saying they were done. On top of that they couldn't be nicer people to work with during the installation and review. Once again, I highly recommend Prow Brothers for fixing anything in your home.

I was satisfied with their work. They charged $300 for parts and labor. They were on time and they did they said they would do. They did the work on time. I will use them again.
