+ 0 moreThey were able to do in 4 days what Lowe’s previous installers were not able to do in 2 1/2 months. They did a lot with what they had to work with. Lowe’s designer (Ashly) had no idea about older houses or materials, so suggested materialls for our counter tops that because our walls are not even, our counter tops can’t come together evenly in the corner. My regret is that we didn’t hire All In One to begin with. They did a great job they were working with Lowe’s shoddy materials, cabinets included

+ -1 moreIt did not go well. My mom is 93 years old and had them come to replace ceiling that had fallen in. They did what looked like a good job but a month later, ceiling fell in again. They came back and repaired the ceiling and again it looked nice but less than a month later, it fell in again. I have tried to contact them to come back but get no response. The last I heard from them was on Jan. 23rd when he told me he would have a quote to repair by that afternoon. It is now Feb. 24th and did not get the quote, called him, texted him several times and have gotten no response. It is oblivious that he is not going to come back to repair. My Mom is still in the house and every day she thinks they are coming to repair it. I know they are not coming back. I would be ashamed of myself for cheating an elderly woman and not doing the job. This company can not be trusted to do a good job or fellow up on the jobs they have botched! Pitiful excuse for a company.

Description of Work: I called this company to quote me on a small project I needed done. Instead of providing a quote for the job I wanted done they convinced me to redo my roof (a much bigger job) and we'd discuss the smaller job another day. Several weeks passed, the roofing commenced and concluded. All the while I was told they would "get that quote to me". Once the roof was completed and they received their payment they stopped returning calls and still have not even provided a quote on the small job. I'm appreciative for the roof work, but I would much rather have had my smaller job tended to, which they aren't interested in since it wont be much money. Won't use them again.

Description of Work: All-In-One removed wallpaper, painted walls and woodwork and painted shutters on short notice before an open house. They did a great job and they did it quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. Couldn't have asked for more. Will Koon was the supervisor and he delivered exactly as promised.

Description of Work: They set a time an day to repair my roof...never came, never called. Called them an they said they would be at my house that Fri or Sat and that they would call before...never called never came. After that, they would not return my calls. Needless to say the 2nd job i had them quote went to someone else; D Stafford A+ services. A+ did a wonderful job an i will be using them again.

Description of Work: This company didn't have time to to do the job and so they referred me to another company, Bluegrass Powerwashing, who only cleaned the fence half-way. It was not clear in the phone conversation that All in 1 was not going to the job - until the day Blluegrass Powerwashing arrived to clean the fence, saying, "He used to work with the owner of All in 1." The top row of the fence still has a black film that I was able to rub off with my hand. Other sections, he did not clean at all. I have pictures to prove all of this. I would not use this company since these business work together!! The fence looks like someone took a hose to it or it rained hard after he cleaned it; it doesn't look like it was powerwashed This is the best way to describe. The man's name was Jessie Vincent (who actually completed the work).

+ 1 moreWe had an Ice Storm in January of 09. I had severe tree damage, I also was in need of a new roof. I had trouble with the gutters draining properly. They fixed the gutters for free. They did a great job, and it was done neatly and fast.
Description of Work: I had one tree removed, and three were cut back. I had a new roof put on as well.

+ 0 moreWhen the owner wrote the estimate, he said there were 2 layers of roofing that would have to be removed. When they actually started the work, they noticed there were actually 3 layers of roofing. They removed all 3 layers and replaces/repaired at no additional charge. Also, they trimmed trees and we requested they trim them back a little more and they did that with no complaints.
Description of Work: Trees were trimmed and 3 layers of roofing removed. New roofing and repairs done also.
