They were very good. My overall experience with them was excellent. I will use their services in the future too.

They were very pleasant and helpful, but it was more than I wanted to spend.

Start fo wrok was delayed--but went well when it was finally done.

We were satisfied with them. They came and looked at the issue. It was basically embarrassing because they had to just press the restart button in our outlets and they worked. He did let us know that our refrigerator was the one that was zapping everything and that we can not plug that one with anything else.

Two electricians were dispatched. Both friendly and professional. I would absolutely call Yates again for any electrical problems.

Called and left message. Mark Yates (owner) called me back the same day around 7 PM after he had shoulder surgery that very day. He suggested severals things to try in an attempt to prevent actually having to make the service call. They were at my house the next morning and quickly determined and fixed the problem. Before leaving - I asked him to send me a quote on another project!

Company came in previously and gave an estimate. Showed up at appointment time and did work as requested.

We called Yates Electric as a result of an electrical fire in the home. We had been having problems with our electrical wiring and this brought the situation to a head. Mr. Yates, a master electrician came out immediately to review the situation. The next two days he devoted two men to work at fixing all the wiring problems in the home. One of these gentlemen was also a master electrician. They showed up to work promptly, were cheerful and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They located many hidden problems which had developed over the years. Some of these were the result of a remodel where one of the men messed up the wiring and then left in the middle of the job. We did not know the extent of the damage he had done until Yates Electric started fixing all the problems. We fell confident that our home is now safely wired. We highly recommend this company for any electrical work you need to have done.

We selcted Mark Yates after interviewing several electricians. Ha was the most knowledgeable and helpful. Mark and Earl(his helper) spent about 10 hours performing the work and were very particuliar about how the work was done and how the reults were perceived by me and my wife. In addition, they gave us valuable advice about how to ensure that the new fans would continue to work effectively.

They were great. I talked directly to the owner. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. He wanted to meet my request by coming the same day but all of his guys were busy. So, he came to my house himself and fixed the problem very quickly. He was very helpful and professional. We would/will use them again.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK. I WOULD AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THEY SEEM LIKE THEY ARE WELL IN LINE WITH OTHER PRICES I CHECKED. THEY WERE HERE RIGHT ON TIME.
