Needed a new shut off valve installed on short notice in order to get a new washing machine. The original valve had broken. They arrived on time and did a great job. By sending them a picture they were able to find an exact replacement which saved us time and expense. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The price was very reasonable. We will certainly use them again in the future.

The workman arrived promptly, worked steadily and successfully completed the repair. The company is currently repairing the sump pump whose non-functioning caused the problem in the first place. I have recommended them to the realtor who is representing me in the sale of the house. I would certainly use this company again.

The plumber was able to guess the location of the leak within an inch or so and carefully made an easily fixable hole through the drywall and wallpaper. He cleaned up afterwards. The opening was easy for me to drywall and repaper because of the care he took with the hole. We were able to wait for the specialist in hidden leaks in older houses. It took a few days for him to get here after we called, but he came as scheduled and worked quietly and efficiently. The repair has functioned perfectly.

The cost was too much. It was a little over $100. I’ve had these guys for the last 20 years. I know them and they’re an “A” rating. They’re consult has gotten a little more prohibited that it makes me start to consider looking around. The quality of the work is always an “A”.

I called Wednesday and was given a Friday afternoon appointment. No one showed. At 5:15 PM the office called, apologized for the no show and offered to reschedule for Monday. I did not return the call.

He ran a little later than planned, but I was notified ahead of time that would be the case. (Thank you, Elizabeth). Cleaned and checked air conditioner. Very pleasant and efficient. Price was comparable with big name company I previously used and had several unpleasant experiences with. This was the first time I called them for HVAC, but have called them a few times for plumbing, and have been very happy with the work, the workers, and the very reasonable prices. I plan to call them in the future for all plumbing or hvac work.

They're wonderful. They have done a lot of things for me, and they've always been wonderful. They're very reasonable, and the did a good job.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, he answered my questions and did not advise me to do unnecessary additional work (unlike another plumber who had looked at the job) and charged very fairly and reasonably for the work. I have gone through 5 plumbers previously and would recommend Wm Branch and Son above all of the others!

Work was completed during a single visit and we haven't had any issues since January. The plumber was very professional and efficient. We will definitely use them again.

They are professional and are a good contractor.

This will be short and sweet. WM Branch & Son provided good plumbing service. However, I was not billed at time of service. I was told I would receive an invoice in the mail. I was never informed of the cost of service and expected an invoice in a reasonable time: 1-2 weeks. An invoice finally arrived approximately 60 days after service. This is poor customer service and completely unreasonable billing practice. Maybe I will take 60 days to pay it.

4 1/2 cast iron pipe cracked from 2nd floor bath to 1st floor bath. They saved us time and money.

I can't say enough about WM Branch & Son - great service. They are thorough and the ultimate professionals. There was no rush and all work performed beyond expectations.

Excellent installation. They cleaned up well, and returned twice quickly when a called--for adjustments. Found faulty pump they had not installed and replaced that, too. They are fair priced(not lowest, but best value), excellent craftsmen. I would trust them with any job.

We had a toilet that wouldn't flush. After trying all of the DIY techniques I could think of we call WM Branch plumbers whom we've used in the past. When they arrived, all they had was a small (10 foot) toilet snake, so they had to come back a 2nd time with the large electric motor driven drain cleaning device. They found that we had a makeshift clean-out which we weren't aware of but they replaced it with a proper clean-out and proceeded to snake out the line to the street. They did a lot to contain the mess that this makes and after completing the job everything seems to be in order and we now have a good clean-out if we need it in the future.

They are wonderful. They always try to come out. They're always pleasant and price is reasonable. I've been using them for years. They've always been excellent.

They were efficient, professional, clean and not too expensive.

We have used William Branch for our plumbing needs since moving to Louisville two years ago. The are always prompt and efficient. On two separate occasions they have had to cut out drywall and replace very old sections of pipe (we live in a very old house house). Each time they have removed all debris and swept up after themselves. In terms of pricing, they are beyond reasonable. A job that was quoted at over $1400 by another plumber only cost $850 and the results were stellar. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue using them in the future.

How can I begin? Years and years of service! Trust! Caring! Good service! (By the way, he's not a relative....just a trusted "good guy")!

It went very well. I have had them work on a few items in our house. They are very professional and timely.

They showed up on time, were courteous, professional and took time to explain everything and investigate thoroughly the cause of different problems. I had less work than this done by another company in the past and it cost 4 times as much and the workers were surly and dismissive of my concerns. Wm. Branch and Son fixed a couple of things the other (big name!) company couldn't figure out and told me I would need to live with. I have had no problems since they were here, and I can tell you, I can't imagine ever calling any other plumber again. I am so impressed, I will probably be calling them for HVAC service in the future (instead of the other company.)

They did a very nice job and I haven't had any problems since.

These folks are fabulous! They are punctual, professional, trustworthy, resonably priced and they do a great job. They recently replaced my air conditioning unit and always go one step beyond by checking my furnace and all other components. Different situation but two weeks ago I heard dripping in my basement and found a small flood from a leak behind the wall in one of my upstairs bathrooms. When I called them, they heard the panic in my voice and had someone at my front door within the hour! Whew! In addition to being effecient, they truly care about their customers and do everything possible to keep them happy. I highly recommend Wm Branch for any of your heating/cooling or plumbing problems.

If I ever have a leak they come right out and take care of it. I’ve been using them for 50 years. I have no complaints about them once so ever.
