Very well wasn't really anything wrong with my system just needed a little cleaning they pointed out several things I could do to keep Air conditioner running well and avoid service calls Very knowledgeable and happy to serve customers

The company advertises in my neighborhood's monthly newsletter and I needed a new heater and AC as they were both beyond life expectancy (though both still working). My call was returned promptly, and Mr. Wise came to look at whether the new furnace and AC advertised would fit. They would, so just a few days later they came to install. In one day, they replaced both the AC and the furnace with much better energy efficient models, they took away the old equipment, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. A few days later when my wife and I smelled something "funny", Mr. Wise immediately came over and explained that was a little burn-off because the furnace hadn't had to run much yet as it had been relatively warm. So that put us at ease, and there has been no smell since and everything is in great working order, which is good as temperatures are currently around 0 degrees. But our house is nice and warm. I highly recommend Wise Heating and AC, as they are dedicated professionals, a family run business, and care about their customers.

I hired Wise Heating to fix heating issues in a rental house (I'm the landlord). My initial call to them was promptly returned, and we were able to coordinate service that same day. The furnace needed routine maintenance and a repair to the structure of exterior casing. Repairs were very fast, and fairly priced. A picture of damage to unit was sent to me prior to repair. Will definitely use Wise Heating in the future.

My experience was very favorable. I guess in mid-summer. I am not sure but I think it was around $2000. My air conditioning went out and it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 90 degrees at that time. My wife is housebound and went out on Saturday midnight. During the night on Sunday, I called several places and some did not even get it. They did not answer their phone. I called Wise because one of my friends had used them and like the firm quite a bit. I called about Sunday afternoon at four o'clock and I got to call back within an hour. Mr. Brandy Wise came over and he looked at the unit and told me that it needs to be replaced. It had leaked the Freon twice. So, he said, there is no sense to put another $90 worth of Freon in. He gave me the quote and asked if I am going to be here for a while and I said yes. He went to his shop and came back and charged the air conditioning unit and said this is alone because I will drive all out tomorrow but he put in the Freon. We were cool at night, he came out the next morning at eight o'clock with his workers and put in the new unit and he was gone by noon. That is service and it was a wonderful service. I would say that I was totally satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone. The price was more than competitive. I had someone just gave me a verbal quote on air conditioning only, not furnish. He replaced just the air conditioning but his quote was last than I received on the verbal quote. It is a very good quality. I have a son and his company makes condensers for air conditioners. The reason I was very happy with Wise is because he furnished an air conditioning unit and my son had said it was a really good unit, so, I was happy for that. When somebody comes over and charged the unit on Sunday night, I would say, their response was wonderful. It was 8:00 in the morning to put the new one in.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional and went above and beyond. I would have them out again in the future and I would recommend them to others.

They were very prompt, on time and have, absolutely, the best prices in town. They are very good with customer service and were willing to take the time to come after hours. It is a family business so other companies would charge double that for after-hours but they would waive a fee and come out at 10 p.m. They are friendly and gave me much information about what was going on instead of doing it and then giving me a bill.
