Joe was great and even came out on a Saturday to do an inspection when his website stated that he works Monday through Friday. My wife and I are going through the first time of buying a home and he made that part very seamless. The inspector, Joe, was friendly efficient and thorough. After the inspection, he spent time with myself and the buyers to explain his findings.
