We waited all day for our 8:30 a.m. scheduled service yesterday. Window Genie never showed up, never called, and never returned our calls.

We have several windows in a new home which had just been remodeled when we purchased it. Window decals were on many of the windows, including "goop" and dirt from the remodeling. Window Genie did a fantastic job of cleaning each and every window to a sparkling shine. They also pointed out that one of the new triple pane windows had a leak, and I was able to get that repaired.

VERY well. They were polite, conscientious, helpful, and did a fantastic job. I LOVE my clean windows. What a difference! Well worth the investment.

They have done the work before in the past. Its expensive, but I know I could not do it, and there is a lot of concrete there. I keep calling them back. They do just power washing for me. I would recommend them. They do a very professional and neat job. They came out right away. They told me when they would be out, and they were out at that time. They are a really good company. They are excellent. They are rather new. I was their first year customer. I called them on an fluke. I seen an advertisement that you get in an envelope. Look at these coupons. I needed someone to power wash. That was odd that Window Genie does that. So I called them, and they have been fantastic. I don't know anything else. I will find out if they can seal the driveway. I don't think so. I talked to the guys who did the work, and talked about different products to use on my driveway. They seem to be up to date. I say that because I look online at different products. I knew what they were talking about. They are excellent. Their whole work was really good. The information they gave me was really well. Answering my questions about different products I could use on my driveway. They are very informative.

Very well. Would definitely recommend.

Did a great job cleaning gutters. He accidentally broke my water hose sprayer, so he went to Home Depot and picked up another one for me that was exactly the same.

They do fine work on all fronts. My only complaint with the gutter cleaning is that they left a plastic bag full of leaves in my yard waste can -- and the city won't take yard waste in plastic bags.

They cleaned the interior and exterior windows. Did quick work. They were in and out in a few hours. Cost of service was very reasonable.

I did not have a problem with the quality. I had a problem with that they called last year and told my husband that they were scheduled to come out and they weren't. I had already hired somebody else. So actually, it is not their services, it is their business tactics that need improving. They are a little too responsive. They were okay in punctuality. During the summer I must get two calls a week from them. They badger you to death.

Beautiful, sparkling job , congenial people

Windows were impeccably clean on second floor, first floor windows needed a little more attention in corners, I have double hung windows with grids so there are a lot of corners. I will rehire again without hesitation.

3 man crew came on time. Very polite, friendly and fast working. Cheerfully cleared and cleaned a few missed paint spots on window that were missed on first go around. They worked well together and involved the home owner for instructions and inspection.

Two-man crew arrived as scheduled. Meticulously cleaned the patio and retaining wall, which were both laden with moss. Patio and wall look like new. Sun room has a completely new look. Amazing. Both men were neatly dressed with company shirts. Thumbs up for Window Genie.

Excellent work. Punctual. Friendly two-man team. I was one of the first customers when Window Genie launched in Louisville. I'd use them again.

Quick and efficient, used a few times now and will continue to do so. Cleaned up their own mess so that's appreciative.

Just excellent in all phases. Cost was very reasonable, they were very good about explaining the pluses and minuses of power washing, and were very careful to be thorough, yet not to damage the finish. Excellent to work with and employees seemed very trustworthy and responsible.

Their machine broke down while they were here, they took about 30 minutes and went to replace the machine, came back and finished the job. I thought it was very efficient that they were able to replace the equipment and didn't have to reschedule on me, which really impressed with me.

I had a Groupon coupon, so my cost was minimal. The two men were friendly and professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They're great. I have a huge patio and a big front walk and so they did all of that. The guy is very professional, the owner of the franchise. I thought the price was very reasonable for what he did.

The job was quickly done. They did a two man crew and they just, I mean the windows were cleaned extremely well. They just did a very good job. They charged based upon the number of panes and the size of windows. We have a number of different sized windows. We have approximately 20 windows of different sizes. They are all first floor, which makes a difference too. If you have 2 story it's a different price. We had a lot of new windows that needed to be cleaned, they had just been replaced. They were the kind of windows that you can tilt to be cleaned when you needed to so all that controls the price, as you may know.

The experience was very good. They were on time, they did a nice job, they cleaned up. Their price was reasonable. The crew was all fine.
