Description of Work: It took just a little bit of time to get the service scheduled and I think we had to call twice as we were likely in prinme spring window-washing season, but once it was scheduled it was quick and easy! The windows dried clear and looked really good.

Description of Work: They washed windows inside and out and did a great job on some of them; however, when I contacted them to advise of issues with some of the windows, they advised that some of the windows had condensation and needed to be replaced. That was fine, but I advised that 2 windows were completely missed. I asked him to check with the guys to confirm, but never heard back. I left 2 voice mails, but got no response. If I do hear from them with a reasonable response, I would change my rating.

Description of Work: Washed outside of storms or windows if I took the storms off and washed them myself. They wash the windows with a brush and water flow and with an extension on the hose and brush. They do not climb on ladders. I purchased the service at a discount and vendor said after I called to make an appointment that the ad stated they only did the external window for that price. In th future , the ad must be made more clear. Once here, it took them about two or a little more hours. For the price and quality of work, it was still worth it even though it took me the day to take out the aluminum storms wash them and put them back in. And my wife is happy, and you know how important that is.
