 + -1 moreBeautifully. The guy showed up with another WillisKlein locksmith who essentially just watched what the guy who did the work was doing, probably so he could learn how to do it himself.
Description of Work: We needed a locksmith who could install a Marvin lock in a door. WillisKlein had a guy with the expertise required, which (apparently) not many locksmiths have.

Description of Work: It was difficult to unlock the door to my house. I took the deadbolt lock in and they were able to re-key it to the original key, basically just replacing the mechanism inside. They did it in about 5 minutes and it was much less expensive and trouble than buying a new lock. The deadbolt works perfectly now!

 + -1 moreService was GREAT! Called the store and asked for pricing, made the appointment for a Saturday morning, and that was it! They arrived on time, re-keying was quick and painless, and made new keys. A friend suggested that I could have it done cheaper at one of the local home improvement or hardware stores, by removing the locks myself, taking them to the store, reinstalling the locks, but for me it was well worth the cost not to have to bother. SO easy to just have Willis Klein come take care of it instead. I'd definitely call them again! They charged $64.50 for a service call, $30/half hour, and $9.50/cylinder. The extra keys were a few $'s more.
Description of Work: Re-keyed all six locks in house, and made new keys.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION. I THINK THEY'RE PROBABLY ONE OF THE MORE RESPECTED LOCKSMITHS IN THE AREA. THERE'S NOT A LOT TO SAY ABOUT PUTTING IN A DEADBOLT. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. A "B" IS ABOVE AVERAGE.
