I contacted the customer to find out what went wrong as we were never advised of any problems during the course of the job or afterwards. This was a job that included a few windows, but other construction related services that we do not perform. We recommended someone other than our normal installation crew to perform the work since we did not offer all of the services they needed and apparently their work was not bad, but not good. We are always hesitant to recommend others, and will be even more so cautious in the future. I offered to do whatever we could to make the customer happy and hope they will contact us if we can be of assistance. Had we been aware of any issues at the time, we would have gladly done what was necessary to correct them. An "average" grade isn't acceptable under our standards and we will always work to earn a Page of Happiness from every customer. I love the honesty of Angie's List Members and I fully believe that you live and die by the sword. Unfortunately, we received a knick in the armour on this one.

Description of Work: We recently used Weber Windows to have our front doors replaced - double doors and two sidelights. We used them partly because they received a good review with Angie's list and we were very pleased. Although it took awhile to get the doors and have them installed (because of the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays) it was well worth the wait. The salesman was great and the installers were professional and efficient. They did a great job and our doors are beautiful. I feel they have added a great deal to the value of our home.

Everything went very well.
Description of Work: Two replacement windows were installed. Carol & Jeff are both very easy to work with and set up convenient times to measure & install the windows. The installers were also nice to work with & did a wonderful job. This is the second time that I have worked with Weber Windows. The first time I replaced most of my downstairs windows. I selected Infinity Windows by Marvin Windows for those replacements & have been very impressed with the quality of the windows as well as the installation by Weber Windows. I have 6 more windows that will need to be replaced (I replaced them ~15 yrs ago & the seal is already broken on two of them- I wish I had known about Weber Windows then). I will certainly choose Weber Windows when I replace these windows.

Description of Work: Have some broken window panes that need to be replaced. Although they do not do that kind of work, they were absolutely wonderful on the phone and cheerfully referred me to someone who would. This company understands customer service. Because of their excellent rating here, and with the BBB, they will be the company I call in a year when it is time to replace my 50 year old windows.
