Jeff Weber walked us through the features and styles and did all the measuring himself. His team was friendly, courteous and very professional. The manufacturer sent the wrong type of finishing strip for the picture window so it popped off the next day. Weber reordered the correct strip and installed it as soon as it was available.

The installers were very professional and made an extra effort to prevent a mess while taking out our old windows, and cleaned up whatever mess they did make. They were quick, efficient, and personable.

Professionally completed in 2 days. Satisfied with work except crack below frame of one window. Weber Window inspector came out after installation and said the space was unavoidable. We will fix with insulation and caulk. Weber was the best price of 3 estimates.

A small bump with scheduling of exact date for services. It was resolved and had nothing to do with Weber windows. Once work began it was done with total professionalism and respect, i could not have ask for better workers, Terry and his crew did the absolute best anyone could ask for. We went with fiberglass windows { INFINITY BY MARVIN } we had 2 other estimates but both were vinyl windows, though one company was very impressive with presentation , we felt that the quality of the infinity window was the best way to go. And the extra cost was not that significant when you compare vinyl to fiberglass quality we paid a little over two thousand more. If your concerning replacement windows i highly recommend Weber Windows Jeff and Carole Weber truly care about quality product and service. We could tell the difference in our Weber Windows the first day , no drafts whatsoever, the ft of our house gets direct sun most of the day, and could really heat up, to the point if you sat near them , even in winter it could become uncomfortable, now there is no transfer of the heat thur the new windows . WE are waiting on our next light & gas bill , i believe it will be less than month before no doubt.

After checking with another company for my new entry door, I was told by them that the custom feature I wanted was not possible on a Provia door. I then contacted Weber Windows to see what they could do and Jeff Weber responded quickly by email, followed by a visit to my home the next day. After listening carefully to what I wanted, he told me that Carole was a magician so let us see what she can do. In less than 24 hrs., she had an answer for me which confirmed that Provia doors could do the slight change I wanted. It was her initiative which made it all possible. There were several more emails back and forth between Jeff, Carole and myself. They were always prompt, pleasant, and caring so that I could have the door that would make me happy. Well, I am happy....It is very beautiful and the compliments from the neighbors make me feel that I definitely made not only the best choice for the door but also in using Weber Windows. The installer was great and even came back on his day off to finish installing part of the hardware. This delay was not the fault of Weber Windows but rather the hardware company that I chose, who forgot to ship an important piece. Anyway, I had my new door looking great for Christmas. I would highly recommend Weber Windows...they are not only thorough, professional, and good at what they do, they are just genuinely nice people. Good job, Jeff and Carole.

The company had an employee change between the time of the estimate and the time we were ready to order the items, so changes needed to be made. The owner was the one who came out the second time and made some suggestions. One of his measurements was off and this required more prep work for us before the installation. The installation crew was great! Very professional, curtious, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. They also made some suggestions for us that we liked. Although the price was a little steep, the U ratings of both doors is the top of the line and well worth the price paid. Both doors also come with limited, transferrable lifetime warrentees.

They were very professional from the start to finish of the job. We couldn't be happier!

They showed up when they said they would and had the 6 windows replaced in 6 1/2 hours. The quality of the installation was outstanding.

It was great! The window looks exactly like my old one and was installed beautifully. A great job! Carol Weber did everything she could to get the window delivered ahead of schedule and was able to get it delivered a week early. We would use Weber again.

We were initially most impressed with the sales staff of this company - they were completely professional and did not pressure us in any way...unlike many of their competitors! We also liked the way the fiberglass windows looked and worked; they were easy to manipulate and they've reduced the noise and draftiness in our home considerably. The installers were very polite and thorough - they worked on and off for three days to install everything (the weather didn't cooperate 100%), and once they'd left there was no evidence (besides the great-looking new windows) that they'd ever been here. To top it off, we purchased new window treatments for all of the windows, and one of the installers gave up a Saturday to put them up for us on his own time...even though we paid him, I know he'd have preferred to be with his family, but he went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased. These windows were more expensive than others we looked at, but they were worth the extra cost - we are very happy!

This company was wonderful to work with from beginning to the end! Very informative about the Marvin Product, quick and competive quote, the installers very professional and meticulous. Our salesman was on site to check install and make sure that we were happy with the product. Customer Service was excellent. We are also very pleased with the end product. I wish I could include pictures, the before and after would tell the whole story!

They replaced our double-door sidelight that are stain glass. They did a really good job.

The windows look great, they are energy efficient, quality windows and the Weber employees who installed the windows did a great job. They showed up when they said that they would and were very fast and efficient in installing the windows. We were very pleased with the price that we received for the quality of the windows that were installed. I would strongly recommend Weber Windows, in fact I already have to my son who is considering replacing his windows. we couldn't be happier with the job that they did.

When I called Weber Windows to explain that I did not like the way the picture window turned out; they took it out and installed a new one. No hassle, just extraordinary service.

The job went extremely well! Having old windows removed is not necessarily a delicate operation, yet the inside of my house, the window trim moulding, cellular shades, etc. all came through it without so much as a scratch. If it were not for the fact that I can open my shades now, because I no longer have to use them as heat shields against my old single-pane windows, and thus have a lot more light in my house, it would be tough to notice that anything had changed. But with those shades open you can also see how great the new fiberglass windows look in comparison to my old, peeling wooden windows and that's when you really notice the difference. From the outside it looks like the house had a facelift. The windows went from drab tan peeling wooden windows to bright white fiberglass windows that really "pop" with their new white wrapping when viewed against the brick color of the house. If there is one negative, it's that my front door, which is probably as old as the house, looks really old next to all the new windows. I will be paying the Webers a visit in the future to see if they have something to solve that problem for me. Three of my windows are basement windows that look out on the backyard. They are surrounded mostly by the cement of the basement walls. There really isn't much wood there and I was concerned that the wrapping of those, if they could be wrapped, might not work very well. When I saw the finished product I was very impressed with what the Weber crew came up with. Those windows were wrapped as nicely as the main windows in the house even though they are not visible from the street and few people will ever see them. They really did a nice job.

They did a great job with the installation and they stand behind the product 100%. I recently had an issue with one of the windows (due to my error) and he came out and fixed it, no charge. I highly recommend them.

Very good. I am highly pleased with the end result. I have no complaints with this company and will consider using them again for replacement of windows throughout the house. Cost is on the high side but you are paying for a HIGH quality job!
