Weber Windows

After contacting Weber Windows, a representative quickly scheduled an in-home presentation and estimate on replacing eight windows. Weber had the windows I wanted. Everyone was knowledgeable without high pressure. Installation was scheduled within several weeks of the estimate. The three man crew worked an 11 hour day removing and replacing eight windows. They were very focused and consistent throughout their day. After installation, Weber came back to inspect their work and make sure I was satisfied.

It was a pleasure to speak with the representative from Weber Windows. He showed us the product and answered questions. No high pressure to sign immediately (a real turn-off). We research the company, found excellent ratings and signed the contract. The installation went like clockwork. Everyone was excellent in communicating with us about the process. The installers showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up any mess ( wasn't much - they were very neat) they made during installation. They completed the work as scheduled. The salesman and installation supervisor came by for an inspection to make sure all went well and answer any questions we had. We are extremely pleased with the company and the product. We selected a full fiberglass frame with double pane windows. They were able to match the grid pattern of our almost-100-year-old house to keep the integrity of the look of the house and provide us with modern , insulated windows. We will hire them again without reservation.

Absolutely wonderful! Very professional, prompt and fantastic workmanship! I would definitely hire them again. There are no surprises, everything is up front and well organized. They keep you apprised on ordering , delivery date and installation. I have not found many companies that are run as well as this one. I was very impressed!

Everyone at Weber's Window was professional and provided excellent customer service. I did a lot of research of window and door replacement companies before choosing Weber. Sam was fantastic following up with all our questions and supervising the work process. The installers were friendly and efficient. They cleaned all the windows and sills before leaving. I would HIGHLY recommend Weber windows specifically the Infinity brand windows and Provia patio doors.

From our first meeting with the sales representative through the completion of the installation, we felt comfortable with everyone from Weber. The sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable, and he did not come off as pushy or over-eager to sell. The installation team worked carefully yet finished their work quickly. We felt comfortable with them in our home while they worked. Our windows look great and have added a lot to our home. We’d go with Weber again in the future.

Very smoothly. Our door is an odd size, a bit crooked, & bounded by stone on either side, making it a difficult installation. Mr. Weber was very knowledgeable about how best to approach this. Our salesman was very helpful & cordial, helping us narrow down what fit us, our home & our budget, but was not a hard-sell. We are beyond pleased, & would recommend them without hesitation.

I called to get an estimate for windows replacement. The representative on the phone was great but not the one that came out to give me an estimate. He did not bring in anything to show me about windows and options. Started by asking me if I did any research about windows and why I wanted to get my windows replaced. I told him that my windows were old and not energy efficient and I told him this was also my rental. He immediately told me that if it was a rental, then why would I want to get my windows replaced since I don't have to pay for energy bills and this would be very expensive. I started to have an impression that he didn't want to sell me the windows from the beginning. I told him I just wanted to get it done with a cheap option he has. He said he needed to measure so he did. It was 15 windows for the whole house. Then he said the cheapest price that I could get would be $400/ windows and that I would be from Louisville Windows World and he suggested that I should call them to get cheap windows with that price as he said they were the cheapest option in town. So he did not give me an estimate from Weber Windows but from Windows World. He just ended the conversation after he suggested me to contact Windows World. He left without giving me any contact information or anything. Next day I call Weber windows and the representative on the phone gave me his number. I call him and ask if I could get a estimate from him so I could see what I could afford. He said let him run the number and get back to me and he's never call me back. So to sum up, I wanted to get an estimate from Weber Windows and their guy gave me the estimate of another company and suggested me to contact Windows World. What a great business.

Weber windows came out to quote our job and we were blown away with the professionalism and honesty of the agent. Several of our windows are very close to the ground or below due to our low foundation. The agent was honest with us and told us that yes, they could install windows, but we would run into the same issues again in a couple years (dirt and plants coming in, insect problems). He told us what we really needed was glass block, and again, they could do something similar, but what we really needed was a mason to do the job right. He then proceeded to give us the name of a mason to call, and left without even quoting the job. He was honest and didn't take advantage of us, and that was amazing.

Jeff Weber was very hands on and accessible. He showed up during the installation process. After the job was finished, I had one small concern, and when I called they very were very responsive. Jeff came back out to the house and took care of it. This is an A+ company from start to finish!

We couldn't be more pleased with the work that Weber Windows did, including products and service! They installed Infinity fiberglass windows by Marvin, with high transparency screens and stained Everwood frames to blend with our woodwork. Sam Sanders, our contact person, patiently answered all of our questions and provided clear information, as did Jeff and Carole Weber. The other Jeff and his crew did an excellent job with the installation, including working with our schedule. We have noticed a big difference with noise reduction, energy efficiency, beauty, and ease of use.

We had a terrific experience with Weber Windows! From our first contact with them at the home show through installation we could not have been more pleased. Sam Sanders is very knowledgeable and great to work with. As there are many things to consider on a job this size, we often backtracked and changed our mind about options, colors, etc. Sam was patient and helpful throughout. This was a large job and installation took just over a week with a minor delay due to weather. The installers, Patrick, Danny, and Eric did a great job. Attention to detail was wonderful. They kept us advised of issues as they arose (and they always do on a 40 year old home) and let us know what they were doing to fix the problem. Jeff Weber, was on site most days insuring every detail was just right. We can’t say enough about how well this project went. Everyone at Weber was wonderful to work with and the result is stunning.

I decided to go with Weber based upon their reputation for a high level of service. They did not disappoint. The installers were on time daily; worked diligently, and always cleaned up the work site at day's end. The owner came out most every day to review the work and touch base regarding any issues. The door installation was a "bear" due to house settling, but at the end of the day it was properly fitted and looked great. Weber also addressed the minor woodworking repairs necessitated by the door installation. Weber is exactly what you want, but seldom get when engaging a contractor: A high level of expertise; responsiveness; and attention to detail; knowledgeable installers; and job oversight by the owner. While more expensive than your typical window company, their value-added far exceeds the incremental cost. I was also assured, that should their be any problems, they will address it immediately, usually on the same day.

I cannot under-represent how satisfied I am with these guys. First off, they were able to give us fiberglass windows (that's the good kind) for less than competitors were offering vinyl ones (that's the cheap, not so great kind). To reiterate, we got higher quality windows for less than competitors' lower quality ones. How can you do better than that? I'll tell you. They arrived promptly on the day we scheduled. They were worried about impending rain (which could impede projects that involve having giant holes in my walls), so they were trying their best to get stuff done before the rain hit. Boy did they ever. I was fully expecting to have them banging around in the attic for hours upon hours. However, they came down about an hour later to let me know they were cleaning up and heading out. What? They installed five windows in about an hour. Granted, the holes were already there and the existing windows were already falling apart, but still that's pretty great. The new windows look fantastic, they work as well as you could hope, and they are solid as a rock (well, solid as a fiberglass, which I think technically is solid-er than rock, but I'm no materials engineer). My only complaint, if I had to dig one up, was that they had to schedule the installation a few months out, since they are so busy. Also, let's be honest here, windows are ridiculously expensive. Those things are pretty standard for the industry, though. I can't exactly complain about them being popular. They were upfront about the whole process and how far off the appointment would be, so I can't fault them for it at all. Also, after they were done they sent me paperwork and information about applying for a rebate from LG&E (the local utility company) for getting high-efficiency windows installed. That means not only will we get a rebate from our taxes, but from the utility company as well. That certainly makes the price go down a bit easier. By all means give these dudes your business.

This project went like a dream, start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased. I had used Weber Windows in 2009 to install 5 double hung insert windows in my kitchen and one bedroom, Infinity by Marvin with LowE3 fiberglass windows. It was an easy decision to go with Weber Windows again when I replaced the remainder of my windows. The sunroom was a huge project and involved reconfiguring the type and layout of the windows. Jeff Weber gave me several options, and I'm so happy I decided on the casement windows. I have health issues which make lifting and pushing on any type of windows difficult for me. But the casement windows open so easily that it's as easy as turning the handle of a door! I got the upgraded high-transparency screens which make my beautiful view completely unobstructed. This room faces west, which had always been a problem with direct afternoon sun. The LowE3 double pane glass keeps the heat out and I'm able to keep the shades open all day so I can enjoy the view that enticed me to buy the house to begin with! The installers are employees of Weber Windows. Jeff refuses to use subcontractors. This is a real plus! The three men who did the installation did meticulous work and took pride in what they did. They were extremely courteous and professional and showed up on time. Jeff and Carole Weber are certainly not high pressure, and I appreciate this. If I ever end up moving to another house in Louisville and need new windows, I would not hesitate to use Weber Windows again.

Sam, their chief salesman, was amazingly friendly, efficient and helpful. We could call him with any question day or night. He even helped us take down the curtains and blinds which in this house was a big job. Plus he came back and rehung them. They have a dedicated group of workmen who take pride in doing the best job they can. In one place the window sill was rotted and the sellers of this house covered it up. Weber fixed that spot with new lumber and insulation and only charged us for the materials. I would recommend them without question. The crew inadvertently took an old ladder they had borrowed with them when they left and Jeff replaced it with a brand new one better than the old one.

Jeff came to look at the site. Gave me recommendations as to best approach and least cost with best appearance options. Called to confirm date of installation and completed on time.

It was late in day when Weber employees left after getting last window installed, We were leaving on vacation and planned to clean windows when we returned home. When we got back I had a questionregarding the screens for Sam Sanders and called him up. After answering my quesstion he informed me that because of the lateness when installers finished they did not have time to clean windows before they left, and would be by the next morning if it fit our schedule to get them all cleaned. I totally was not expecting the window company to perform this service, and am thrilled with the results!

Every experience we had with this company has been outstanding. From the time we ordered the windows until finished, everything was on exact time frame promised, even though new windows we purchased in some cases were not the same as what was replaced and adjustments had to be made. We had already met with three other window company representatives, and are very happy we made the call to talk with Weber before signing a contract for this large project. From the first meeting with our salesman, Sam Sanders, we were comfortable with his knowledge of the products and what our project would entail, and we were never pressured to make choices we didn't want to make. We could not be happier; with the look of the windows on our home, or with the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of each and every Weber employee who worked on the project. They were very careful when working in flower beds not to crush plants, and any debris was removed as they did each window. We cannot rate or recommend the Weber Windows Company and their employees more highly. We've already been recommending them to anyone who we think might be in the market for new windows in the future.
