The workmen/installers were efficient, punctual and responsible throughout the repairing and replacement of the wood-rotten windows. The bid was the most cost efficient after a total of 7 overall bids.

Very prompt and professional workers that exceeded our highest expectations with the fitting, caulking, clean up-inside and out-along with the high quality of windows. Very satisfied with them.

Excellent communications. Always on time, workers were very polite, quality work. Did everything they could to repair existing windows, rather then sell replacements.

One of the owners, Carole, helped us to find just the right window for our home. We went with aluminum clad wood windows. She was extremely knowledgeable about windows, and really helped us to save money by doing things we hadn't thought of. They were custom sizes, arrived when promised, and look great. Jeff (the other owner) came out and supervised some of the installation himself. All in all, I don't think there is a more qualified, prompt, or professional window company in this part of the country.

Weber Windows did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. The installers are all highly experienced and work directly for Jeff and Carole Weber. They are not subcontractors. They showed up when they said they would. We had installed the Marvin "Infinity" fiberglass windows. In my estimation these widows are the best replacement windows on the market. They were expensive but well worth the money.

They were very good and I was very pleased with them. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely professional in every respect, provided a high quality product. Did not try and up sell me, sold me what I needed. I was very satisfied with what they installed.

They came out and looked at the site. After reviewing everything they actually told me that they felt I would not get my money's worth out of a sunroom in the location because of physical constraints of the space beyond their control. Honesty is a great thing. How many companies would do that?

Brian Seyer came out to the house as scheduled. He measured our windows and called Jeff Weber with a question. Jeff came out right away and he and Brian established what our needs were and how to accomplish our goal of replacing the windows while being sure that our blinds would still fit once the inserts were installed. Brian was quick to give us an estimate and an idea of a starting date. Once the windows arrived, Vince, Don, and James came out to do the work. They worked carefully and thoughtfully, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Everyone at Weber was great to work with, from start to finish.

They came to the house, took measurements and gave an estimate. After I selected them, they ordered the windows and then installed them when they arrived. One window was mis-sized and they had to re-order. One window developed a stress crack and they replaced it at no charge.

I had 14 windows replaced. They used a Fiberglas window that is made by Marvin. I have had them in about 10 months now and couldn't be happier, no maintenance (other than cleaning) and the temperature in my house has really evened out. The windows look great too, I`ve had 4 different neighbors come over and comment that they still look like the wood windows that were there before (except they aren`t rotting out!). I was kind of nervous about replacing them losing glass space and having them look like replacements, but these look like they have always been here. I would defiantly recommend them to my friend`s very nice office staff and the installers were very professional. I also really liked their salesperson, he didn't pressure at all.

The entire experience was wonderful; everyone at Weber Windows was very professional including the crew who installed the windows. The crew was also very neat & cleaned up well after the job was completed. The windows are beautiful, and I have received compliments from friends. (I had hesitated to replace the original wood windows with non-wood replacement windows because of aesthetic reasons). The trim work around the windows is the best I have seen. This company deserves an A+.

IT WAS BAD TO BUY NEW WINDOWS, WHEN YOUR HOUSE IS NEW. SO I HOPE THAT THESE LAST A LONG WHILE. I THINK THAT THEY HAVE PRETTY GOOD QUALITY WORK AND WINDOWS.
