Weber Windows

It went extremely well. The estimate process was extremely easy and pretty straight forward. Jeff came to our house several times to discuss windows with us and go over his measurements. The installation process was very efficient and professional. The installation team was quite large so the job was done several hours earlier than I had expected. Later in the day, Carole Weber also called to check on our satisfaction. I am very impressed with the degree of professionalism and efficiency with which they work.

This may have been the easiest home improvement project we've ever done. Hardest part of the process was deciding which window to go with. Despite us changing our mind after our initial decision (and after siging a contract!), Weber even made this easy. Every person we dealt with made us feel confident in our choice of companies. Everyone, from the owners to the techs, were knowledgable, professional, and very friendly. The process took less than a day (installing 22 windows) and we could hardly tell they had been there when they left. They were very efficient but I certainly haven't found any corners that they cut to be so efficient - the windows look great, the outside finish/trim looks better than the original, and we have absolutely no doubt that they would take care of any problem that we may have down the road. That confidence is worth more than we can say - and not very easily found. Weber far exceeded what we expected when we began this process - and turned what we thought was going to be a headache into a great experience.

A rep from Weber came out to give us an estimate and what our options were for replacing our windows. Once we decided on moving forward, they came back out to measure the windows accurately for ordering purposes. It took about 5 weeks for our order to come in, and they were installed the following week, in two days. Weber uses their own employees and does not contract out. The guys were very professional, knowledgable, and the windows look wonderful!

I decided to replace the windows on the back of my house as well as a door on to my patio. I was interested in a window that could also help with the heat and the fading from the afternoon sun that hits the back of my house. I shopped around and was put off by some large chains that used high pressure sales tactics. The Weber's were fantastic to deal with. They were helpful every step of the process. The windows came in on time, and they were able to schedule me quickly for the installation. It was a full day's work getting the windows and door in, but the process was surprisingly quiet and wasn't messly like I had expected. The rooms they worked in and the outside were left spotless, and my windows sparkled. I have plans to replace the rest of my windows and would love to do so next year. At no time did I feel pressure to spend more than I could afford, and they were very nice in discussing the work I want done in the future without being pushy. Everthing about Weber Windows is top notch!

Weber Windows gave us the most comfortable and confident feeling compared to other quotes that we received. They seemed to have the most knowledge and I found a lot of info on the web to confirm their suggestions. Most of the install was from the outside and the trim work and all other aspects went as described. We are very pleased with the new windows!

Very well. Was reliable in getting to the house for the quote. We visited the showroom and they were thorough in explaining the products we would be purchasing. Was reliable in the estimated time it took for the door and windows to be delivered and installed. Installation was quick. Cleaned room and area outside after installation. Windows and patio door looks beautiful.

When Weber came to our house to inspect the old windows to give us an estimate he was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation crew also did a great job. They had the windows installed in less than day and the new windows look great.

The job foreman contacted us and set an appointment for the install. They arrived at the agreed upon time with all materials to accomplish the work. The installation was completed in approximately five hours. The crew assisted in moving furniture to and from the work area. They explained what and how they would install the new windows and how to operate them. They cleaned after themselves, we found nothing left behind by the crew either inside or outside. The windows function as promised. The personnel of Weber Windows, the owners , sales staff, installation crew from foreman to apprentice were courteous, understanding, professional and accommodating. We would HIGHLY recommend Weber window company and the installed Infinity Marvin windows to anyone. We will most certainly use them in the future to replace our remaining old windows

Was in the market for a fiberglass window so I purchased Marvin Integrity Ultrex fiberglass windows, 2 of which were the Everwood design. I did VERY thorough research prior to choosing Weber to complete my project and actually met with 7 window companies! I narrowed my choice down to Weber or Renewal by Anderson, I found Anderson's Fibrex product to be inferior to Marvin's Ultrex (installed by Weber) because it was not a true fiberglass window so I chose Weber and I could not have been happier with my choice. The Salesman did not pressure me AT ALL and the installation was perfect, even down to the staining on the Everwood windows which matched my existing wood frames seamlessly. I didn't even have to clean the windows afterward, the staff took care of every detail at installation. I won't hesitate to call or refer people to Weber for their project, my windows look great and I am very happy with their performance so far!!

Very professional organization. Prompt and courteous. Completed project on time and on budget. Have had them back to for minor repairs twice with no problems.

I chose to visit the Weber showroom on my own, after reviewing several companies on Angie's List and having Jeff Weber come to my home to evaluate my needs. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Weber showed me around the showroom of window styles and color. Mr. Weber took me on a tour of homes showing me the workmanship, styles and colors they had installed on actual homes. I made my choice on March 24, 2010 and in one day, on May 4, my windows were installed. My new Marvin Infinity windows are perfect for my home. The installation crew was totally efficient and professional. Thanks, everyone at Weber Windows for a job well done.

This was an AWESOME experience. Jeff Weber came out to do our measurement, sales and planning. He was so honest and wonderful...even great to my young kids that did not want to leave him alone while he was here. The team that came out to install were fantastic, honest and professional. If they could not do it right they got more help and really got it the job done. Our experience was so wonderful. Everyone was wonderful, honest and professional. We really enjoy our new windows and we have had no problems. We are finally able to enjoy the breeze in our home. Thanks to everyone at Weber.

Was very pleased with the work done. Was a small hiccup when a worker forgot to replace a piece of rotted sill. But the very next morning the company owner himself came over to inspect it and made sure the window was removed and the wood replaced, before re-installing the window. It seemed like entire crews out making everything right! Everything was cleaned up satisfactorily.

We weren?t comfortable with them. They were a little more expensive.

Weber Windows did a very good job installing our windows. The crew was professional and friendly. The owner stopped by during the installation to check in and answer questions. We appreciated this. They cleaned up the site well, and paid attention to most details. They offer a good product (Marvin). Our house looks good and we are pleased with our decision. I am happy we chose Weber. I would choose them again. The price was fair, and there were no gimmicks or surprises with the final bill. These windows cost only slightly more than vinyl, and were comparable to Renewal. The final bill was about $200 above the original estimate, reflecting repairs to the wood rot. I considered this to be fair. Part of the reason we chose Weber was for service after the sale (in addition to the lifetime warranty from Marvin). This seems like a solid company that we can depend on for our future needs, if any arise. I feel confident that they would repair/rework any problems that I found (though I have found none). I will update this review if I have any follow-up on their services needed in the future. I recommend that anyone looking for windows give Weber a call.

The staff was very friendly. We had problems getting the correct windows ordered. The first order came in as the wrong windows, the second order had a damaged window, the replacement order for that window came in as the wrong sash, and on the fourth try we finally got all of our windows. It took a long time to get everything in, but they were very apologetic, and most of it was the fault of the supplier.

This company provides outstanding customer service and very high quality windows. No high pressure sales pitch like all the other company's. You get to deal directly with the owner's Jeff and Carole Weber. From the showroom personnel to the installers, everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. Every single aspect of this purchase was positive. I highly recommend!

They came to my home on time, were polite, efficient...seemed informed and gave me good information about the different options for my home..Took measurements carefully...Left written information and pamphlets, Then I went to their showroom..they showed me how to opperate the windows I had chosen..gave me accurate information about when the order would come in. I had planned to pay by credit card...but they charge a fee for that, so I put a deposit down by check. The installers were on time, cleaned up well...The windows look good...and open and close easily...I will find out this winter if they reduce the draft I have in my kitchen during cold weather.

They fit the job into their scheduled and did it all in one morning. They didn't even chip the paint inside the window frame. They went above and beyond what I expected: they were careful, professional, polite. They did great work and took the old ruined windows away with them and cleaned up the work space. I was very impressed.

Called for an estimate. Mr. Weber came by to measure and look over the window to be replaced. He called with several options and prices. We picked the one we wanted and he placed the order. He called and let us know when the window would be in. To our surprise it was in several weeks early. They called to schedule installation and called to confirm and to let us know when they were on there way. Preformed installlation. Where very professional in all aspects. Work was done no damage to existing moldings or woodwork. All work areas were cleaned. Wonderful job!
